  We just started having Associa Sierra North to manage our 12 unit condominium near Stateline Nv, and they are making a great first impression! Erin and her team are working nonstop on our behalf to get problems that had accumulated from our last (not so good) management group ironed out. They have been prompt, professional and effective!

  Alex Myers is our manager and she is great. She is very responsive and excellent about gently educating us when we don't understand the state rules and regs. I have dealt with several managers over the last 20 years in communities I have owned in and she is the best I've experienced.

  Today was an amazing experience! I came into the office to ask about copies of the HOA documents and left with so much more. I was greeted by Dawn Washington. She was extremely pleasant and had a contagious smile that brightened the room. I asked her for a copy of the documents which she provided, but also explained how and where to get them for myself if the need arose. That makes things so much easier. Then, after she found and was providing them, she and I had one of the best conversations I have had in a very long time. She shared with me that her son was in the Army which scared the heck out of her. Being a Vet myself, I totally understood where she was coming from as my own son served in the military and was deployed for a while. She also shared with me some Of her passions, like Breast Cancer Awareness. She told me that she was a cancer survivor and that, while she was going through Chemo and every type of treatment, the company supported her fully and went above what other companies would have done. This meant so much to me that she would share that and that Associa is such a caring company that would do that. In the end, her kindness and empathy gave me renewed sense of humanity and made day so much better. You, Associa, are lucky to have her on your Team and should definitely see how she interacts with others and shares her love with those she encounters. I am fortunate to have met her and look forward to seeing her out in town supporting others and the causes that they represent. Thank you for allowing me just a few moments of her time today.
