He has consistently helped us resolve electronics issues, ensuring our club meetings are both successful and fun. Throughout, Glenn has demonstrated professionalism, a strong dedication to service, and, above all, incredible patience. I am sure Glenn is a great asset to your organization.   My experience with this HOA management company has been incredibly frustrating. The biggest issue is their customer service or lack there of. Calls an emails go unanswered for too long, and there seems to be no sense of urgency when needing assistance. It’s extremely difficult to get responsive, and when you finally do, the experience is disappointing. I spoke with Dawn Washington, and instead of listening to our concerns, she repeatedly interrupt me and spoke over me throughout the conversation. At one point, Dawn hung up on me after I was trying to explain my issue, which felt incredibly unprofessional.

  We are renters in Sparks and wow this HOA has been a nightmare 2/4 years we’ve lived here. The board is full of petty old ladies with a iPad who just enjoy making up violations if they want you gone. Can’t keep your bike in the garage without harassment, even though it’s going to get stolen otherwise. Among many other violations that they’ve come up with. During our first two years of living here we had no violation letters, now we’ve had at least 20+ in the recent two years. It’s not like we’re throwing parties, we’re quiet professionals. Leave us alone.

  We just started having Associa Sierra North to manage our 12 unit condominium near Stateline Nv, and they are making a great first impression! Erin and her team are working nonstop on our behalf to get problems that had accumulated from our last (not so good) management group ironed out. They have been prompt, professional and effective!
