    Moved here a year or two ago and love it. They are currently building an elementary school in the neighborhood.

    Rent is expensive for a place that really doesn't have anything special to it except it being a newly built home. Some Neighbors are inconsiderate but you can't choose them sadly. Pretty quiet neighborhood besides the fact people keep their dogs out all day only for them to Bark nonstop. Never had any issues with Management. Didn't have to call maintenance.
