- JJJacob JohnsonJul 11, 20264.0I lived here for one year, the front office staff Libby and Sergio are always super helpful and made the process of moving in and out very easy. Maintenance was super attentive and completed repairs very quickly. The pool did open late in the season and other residents often leave trash etc out. No in unit laundry, the onsite laundry sometimes had sticky residue depending on which washer or dryer you were using. The cost of rent and the amenity fees were high in my opinion, but rents high everywhere so what are you gonna do. I would recommend living here if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with central access to everything in Reno.

The trash around the complex is a true issue lots of homeless people near and not a safe place. On top of that, I feel that the staff for the complex are procrastinators and never make your issues seem important. This place is so un serious and would not recommend this to anyone looking to live in the Reno area
