The trash around the complex is a true issue lots of homeless people near and not a safe place. On top of that, I feel that the staff for the complex are procrastinators and never make your issues seem important. This place is so un serious and would not recommend this to anyone looking to live in the Reno area

- MMMelissaApr 10, 20261.0I’ve had a really frustrating experience living here. There's constant noise during night time -people screaming and yelling,which makes it hard to relax or get any sleep. It feels like there’s no enforcement of basic community rules.Guest parking is another major issue. It’s almost always full, and a lot of the vehicles don’t even seem to belong to actual guests—they’re unmarked and sit there for days.Overall, management really needs to step up and address these problems. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend living here.
