  I moved here in 2017, and upon moving in I initially had a great experience. It wasn’t until a 3 years of living here when the property switched ownership. Esmeralda came in and things started to change. No matter what these reviews are saying, she was indeed not a helpful person, always walked around upset and overall catered ONLY to the front buildings oppose to the back. Before moving out in 2024, I had to deal with some unruly neighbors, who slashed all 4 of my tires, allow their dogs to urinate on my balcony from up above me. When I approached them about it, it turned very nasty. I started receiving dog feces on my front door knob, like I stated before, my tires were slashed and when brought to management, wasn’t anything done about it. I was told to make a police report (which I did) and still nothing. Let’s not mentioned the trashy hallways, were hardly ever kept up. I also watched how they handled where an older guy passed inside of one of their apartments and was there for almost 2 weeks before being discovered. They hired some random people to clean this apartment and dumped the couch that they man passed on into the regular dumpster. I thank God everyday that I made it out of there.

  Terrible living experience!! Just moved out after being here for five years as it has progressively gotten worse. Constant door slamming from neighbors and trash left in the hallways smelling awful. Management says they can't do anything about it even though there are stipulations in the signed lease agreement that these actions can lead to fines. However, they have no issue enforcing fines that serve them!! The pools are also a nice façade since they are never open or get trashed by visitors and are closed the next day. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
