- RMRonald MartineauMar 18, 20254.0There are not enough structural options for these homes. At the base price point of $550k and nearly $700k after options there should be more design options. We are having to spend thousands more to replace flooring and make interior alterations which could have been done during design and framing if better/more options had been available. As far as the design center, (and only an hour appointment to make decisions in a future home) options are overpriced, limited choices, and work is done through third parties and subcontractors that can’t or won’t discuss with a buyer. We did make a couple of change orders (within their limitations) and had a short return visit to the design center. When making a Pulte purchase, buyer beware. (This was not the experience I had with my Pulte purchase 6 years ago and their service/products availability have decreased). With the availability to watch the building process, the onsite Superintendent (Ron) was amazing in responding to concerns, issues and making things right and he is the reason for more than a low rating.
