  Everything was going well. Anna made the paperwork and the process easy and was very helpful. Until I started moving stuff in and saw water coming from the bathroom ceiling. I called the office and the maintenance woman was there very quickly, but there is a hole over the shower. I have to hold off completely moving in. The staff have been very courteous, I can’t complain about that. AND it’s better this happened before I got everything moved in. It’s a bit of a pain though.

  I'm giving these 5 stars specifically to Samantha, the maintenance person who FINALLY completed the work on both of our bathroom ceilings. It took way too long UNTIL she came and took care of it. If you want something done, send a woman. If you want it done well, send Samantha. Thank you for making our ceilings look like whole ceilings again ❤️

  This review is only for Samantha with the Maintenance Team. If you are unfortunate enough to live here at Desert Bay, but you have a maintenance issue, Samantha will take care of you and your work order for your apartment. She is super knowledgeable about all sorts of work orders and is really professional. Honestly, she’s got a little ADHD and that is a great thing because she won’t’ leave a job unfinished or half finished, so in the end you know that your maintenance request will be completed correctly. Desert Bay has been run into the ground by an investment group called Omninet Crown Point LP, yet the maintenance team members like Sam, are the ones who are working extra hard every day because of the neglect that has been created by this investment group over the years. Without them, it’s possible this place could have been condemned. Samantha is the type of person who will give you her coat if you are cold, a person with a heart, and we need more people like Samantha, not only at work, but in our struggling world today. From the bottom of my heart, we are truly grateful for everything Sam!

  The maintenance lady here named Samantha did a phenomenal job fixing my sink and faucet I had a very large flood from my sink having problems and she fixed it in no time her professionalism exceeds the standards and I will be asking for her again great job Samantha. Your an excellent worker, I will be requesting you in the future great job on hiring this one Desert Bay!!!!!!

  Dear Desert Bay Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the prompt action taken to address the maintenance issue in Apartment 66H on June 12, 2026. I am truly impressed with how quickly your team responded and for your understanding of the situation. A special thanks to the staff member who assisted during the night. She was extremely patient, kind, and worked very hard to resolve the issue efficiently. Her dedication and willingness to help, especially at such a late hour, is highly commendable. I also appreciate the maintenance team for completing the work promptly and professionally. The excellent support and service provided made a significant difference.
