- OFOrtega FamilyJul 25, 20261.0I am so dumbfounded on how unprofesional the front office lady's and the supervisor Nathan Mendoza was to me, when I spoke to him when I wanted file a complaint with him, they were so incompetent of doing there job and providing any information to me regarding renting a apartment from them. I seriously cant believe how I was treated and responded to about asking a few questions I had. I'm sorry I wasn't asking for a hand out I was simply asking simple questions due to the fact its me and my 4 kids and to be treated that way I just couldn't believe ! its ok I'll take my business else were, no big deal. but I hope the owners know who they have employed because the way my situation was handled so incorrectly I am very disappointed and I've tried contacting owners and have not gotten anywhere !

Even though it's not perfect (i.e., it has its flaws...of course I've never been in a complex that was perfect) it's positives, far outweigh it's flaws. The staff is amazing and helpful and the grounds are well kept. It's just a nice place to live. I would completely recommend this complex to anyone looking for housing in the Laughlin area.
