  I would think carefully before using WeWork Summerlin for office space or mailbox services. My experience involved a billing issue that went unresolved for an extended period of time. Regardless of how the original billing issue occurred, I still expected a reasonable level of customer service and professionalism while trying to resolve it. Instead, I felt that I was being lectured rather than helped. When a customer is frustrated, the focus should remain on resolving the issue. I also felt that too much attention was placed on my choice of words during a frustrating conversation instead of addressing the underlying service problem. I also believe shared professional workspaces should maintain a neutral business environment in their common areas. Businesses renting office space serve customers, employees, and partners from many different backgrounds and viewpoints. In my opinion, common areas should avoid prominently displaying political, religious, or social advocacy messaging that could be interpreted as representing the businesses operating there. This is not about being against any individual or community. It is about maintaining a professional environment where every business can feel comfortable bringing in clients without having unrelated social or political positions associated with their company. Ultimately, my biggest concerns are customer service, communication, billing accuracy, and how management handles problems when they arise. Based on my experience, I would recommend comparing other shared-office or mailbox-service options before committing to this location.

  Beautiful 2 story office on the 2nd floor of a luxury office building in the heart of Downtown Summerlin! Multiple open parking spaces nearby, some with shade from good sized trees in the parking lot. Entering on ground level, walk to the elevators and go to the 2nd floor. WeWork has a check in desk with an attendant who helps give directions, as the office is huge! My event was upstairs in a conference room, that held about 20 people. When we were done, I came back downstairs and used the restrooms, which are very clean and spacious. They also have women’s feminine products, should someone need them. The interior is light, bright, and has lots seating, including booths and tables.

  Mr. Nigel, the office leasing manager—or he might be the regional leasing manager—has a really serious problem with his attitude. Our friends who rented an office at this place said exactly the same thing, and they are leaving WeWork mainly because of him.

  Great place to work, meet, or spend productive time. Clean environment, modern setup, and a professional atmosphere. The space feels comfortable and inspiring, whether you’re working solo or meeting with others. Definitely a good option if you need office or coworking space while in the area.

  We were interested in renting office space here and were directed to speak with the leasing manager, Mr. Nigel. I have never encountered such a rude person in my life! I am shocked that he is the representative for your leasing department
