From the initial walkthrough all the way to the moment we received our keys, Joey was there every step of the way. His level of knowledge and attention to detail truly stood out. During the walkthrough, he proactively pointed out every touch-up that needed to be done and made sure nothing was overlooked. He also took the time to clearly explain everything from electrical systems and water setup to warranty coverage and overall home maintenance which was incredibly helpful, especially as a first-time buyer. I can’t express how grateful I am for the confidence and understanding he gave me throughout this entire process. He made what could have been overwhelming feel smooth and manageable. When I finally received the keys and did the final walkthrough, I was honestly amazed. The home looked absolutely fantastic everything was spotless, the paint was beautifully done, and even the garage floor was finished to perfection. You can truly feel and see that the home is brand new and well-prepared. Joey went above and beyond, and it really shows in the final result. Huge thanks to him and the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You made this experience unforgettable, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home!
