  I’ve lived at this apartment complex for 2.5 years, and unfortunately, my experience has declined over time. Maintenance is no longer as responsive as it used to be, and I’ve submitted multiple work orders for issues that remain unresolved. Most recently, maintenance came to address a leak with my AC, and afterward, the unit stopped working altogether. It’s frustrating to pay rent consistently while having to repeatedly follow up on maintenance issues that should be addressed in a timely manner. I used to feel differently about this community, but based on my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend it. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to maintenance and resident service.

  Everyone was so sweet, the property was well kept, the apartments were great looking and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an approved application for move in!

  Mi experiencia con Viridian Palms en Las Vegas ha sido muy decepcionante, especialmente por lo que le ocurrió a mi prima. Antes de firmar el contrato, le enseñaron un apartamento que se veía bonito y estaba en buenas condiciones. Basándose en lo que le mostraron y en lo que le prometieron, decidió rentar allí. Sin embargo, después de firmar el contrato, pagar y recibir las llaves, descubrió que el apartamento que realmente le entregaron era completamente diferente al que le habían enseñado. El apartamento que le dieron estaba en muy malas condiciones y no se parecía en nada al apartamento mostrado inicialmente. Lo más decepcionante es que tuvo que firmar y pagar sin haber visto previamente la unidad exacta que le iban a entregar. Consideramos que esta situación fue muy injusta y poco transparente. Yo estaba considerando mudarme a Las Vegas y también tenía interés en vivir en este complejo, pero después de ver lo que le sucedió a mi prima, definitivamente ya no lo consideraría. Mi recomendación para cualquier persona interesada en rentar aquí es: no firmen ni paguen nada sin antes ver personalmente el apartamento exacto que les van a entregar y verificar cuidadosamente sus condiciones. Espero que la administración sea más transparente y responsable con las personas que confían en ellos.

  This place is horrible we have shit all over parking lot. We have to step in it to get it ours cars no one ever clean the shit up. Kids cant play like they truly need to take better care of this property toilets are always down I call the health department to come out and look at whats going on. i also took pictures and sent them to them. Units are worn down roach infested apartments! Cars always broken into when its supposed to be a gated community. They'll tell you there's nothing they can do. apartments make enough money to keep up with units socket's are a safety hazard they spark without notice. Sockets are place in unreasonable areas coolers leak water including roof. They show the best units then move you onto a worn down unit. Maintenance is so lazy they half fix everything but yet we get charged all this high rent for a ran down apartments that should be behind the stratosphere with the other ran down apartments. If looking to move this os not the place do not get scammed the paint over roaches I can go on. The reviews you see are real and updated.A mother and children lost their lives due to a fire and 6 units were effected management is horrible. I pray that family gets justice
