  Horrible conditions within the unit, upcharged on rent, and lied to about services offered. Initial request for fixes has not been honored as it's been over 3 months

  This place is horrible we have shit all over parking lot. We have to step in it to get it ours cars no one ever clean the shit up. Kids cant play like they truly need to take better care of this property toilets are always down I call the health department to come out and look at whats going on. i also took pictures and sent them to them. Units are worn down roach infested apartments! Cars always broken into when its supposed to be a gated community. They'll tell you there's nothing they can do. apartments make enough money to keep up with units socket's are a safety hazard they spark without notice. Sockets are place in unreasonable areas coolers leak water including roof. They show the best units then move you onto a worn down unit. Maintenance is so lazy they half fix everything but yet we get charged all this high rent for a ran down apartments that should be behind the stratosphere with the other ran down apartments. If looking to move this os not the place do not get scammed the paint over roaches I can go on. The reviews you see are real and updated.A mother and children lost their lives due to a fire and 6 units were effected management is horrible. I pray that family gets justice

  Jose was amazing !! He really knows what he’s doing and he takes his time so the job is done right. That man deserves a raise . He’s the best maintenance man yall got !

  Does very good excellent work get straight to the problem knows exactly what he’s doing not guessing not trying to play around the other guys do not know what they’re doing. They come in half ass it but this guy is the best of the best and deserve the best real talk I appreciate him.

  The a/c goes out stop working they don’t pick up after they dog at the dog park bugs n units besides that it’s quite an have kids that other kids can play with
