  Contento por haber tomado la decisión de llevar lo más importante para mí, mi familia, me gustan los apartamentos, el aseo general y el mantenimiento de áreas generales está excelente, el personal se esfuerza en hacer su trabajo, la señorita Pamela muy profesional y atenta al 100 deader que llegas te reciben con una sonrisa te sentís en tu hogar, pero mencion especial quiero hacer a la señorita Dayanna, atenta servicial y siempre con una sonrisa dando lo mejor para sus clientes, felicidades a Verraso con empleados así como Dayanna tienen un servicio de calidad excelente... Muchas gracias Dayanna.

  Hats off to Dayana and Linda for taking the time to welcome me into their office. I casually stopped at their office to see what it is like to live in this apartment but I ended up getting to call Verraso is going to be my new home; thanks to Dayana! She single-handedly convinced me to show interest in this matter. Today, I’m taking the time to thank you, Dayana, for your professionalism and your commitment to making the processes look so easy to navigate. I cannot wait to start my new adventure there in a couple weeks.

  I was referred to this apartment by a current resident that had a much better experience than me! When I first started the process, I was being helped by Natalie and she was awesome! Unfortunately, she was no longer employed here before I had I finished my move in process. Had a few hiccups getting assigned to my apartment but after the manager Joe intervened, I was taken care and was able to move in. Upon moving in, I had a couple of problems that required maintenance attention (these seem pretty urgent in my opinion). My refrigerator is leaking and there's a pool of water in the bottom of it and my washer machine does not work at all. I put in a maintenance request July 3rd but didn't hear anything or receive assistance. Due to the holiday I allowed a couple days to go by and still nothing. I called the office, no answer so I went in and spoke with Linda on Wednesday July 8th. She told me maintenance was behind but would tend to my request by Friday July 10th. I'm writing this review on July 12th because maintenance still hasn't been out to fix the issues. I will be back with an updated review based on how this matter is handled.
