  Exceptional quality and top-notch home. My husband and I love our house in Sky Canyon. The design studio was pleasant to work with as they were not pushy or trying to sell us more items we did not need. The construction staff are amazing. The sales staff were ok with a few hick-ups and poor attitude, overall, Toll Brothers do have awesome people working for the company that outweighs some negatives.

  Excellent community in Skye Canyon. Nice variety of options for new builds and at time amazing quick move in options and incentives. Quality builds, the front staff was friendly. Well put together floorplans.

  Very poor service. Everyone at tollbrother is discombobulated and disconnected. They don’t have ownership. they had to fix so many things in our house after closing. i heard a lot of times from different people at toll saying “ it’s not my expertise.”. They try to fix issues at the house but still the problem persists.

  We purchased a Toll Brother’s home expecting excellence and assurance with a new home warranty. They do not honor their warranty!!! And when you try to escalate after three months of asking for repairs, they give you a phone number that goes straight to voicemail. We are very disappointed. Be aware.
