  Este lugar es un asco, los apartamentos llenos de cucarachas en todas partes. Y todos los dias hay problemas con el agua, la cortan en alguno de los edificios todos los dias. Y quitan el agua caliente a su antojo. Llegue de mi trabajo cansada a las 3 de la mañana y no habia agua caliente, tuve q calentar agua y bañarme con un cubo. Y el laundry tiene la mayoría de sus equipos rotos y siempre esta sucio y lleno de basuras tiradas pq muchas personas sin hogar vienen a dormir ahi. Y uno tiene q estar pasando por todo esto. Es una falta de respeto este lugar. No lo recomiendo para nada.

  This complex has very bad communication, consistent problems with water. I submitted a service request 3-19-26 and someone didn’t come until 5-4-26. I listed multiple places I wanted to be called for an appointment, Never did I get a phone call and email or a text message. And the service worker came to my door, asking to come in to check the issue. So I don’t believe he even looked at the dates for the service request. I had to call the emergency line for assistance, I told them I needed to be called prior to set an appointment for the visit They had to forward it to the office and then the office told the service Company that they could just walk into my apartment and gave them the key. It was an issue for AC. I would recommend NOT rent here. i have a full updated unit and other issues i dont even want to submit a service request for because of how bad they are here.

  Is so Terrible customer service, if they change the new property name PLEASE change ALL THE STAFF so the property can get better NOW I DO KNOW WHY THEY GOT 2.5 STARS

  Today I came to the office to find more information and the maintenance man Darius was unloading boxes being that I'm moving he assist me with the boxes that he had and monse was in the office and it says me very well I appreciate the help from your crew I would say a 10 out of 10 maybe even 11:00 thank you so much
