  Currently have been living here for 3 years now, and its not as bad as they say... The location is nice: places to work, play, or eat all within walking, or moped, distance. The pricing is affordable: various economic friendly options for singles or familys. The not so popular opinions arise, but it would be remiss to say that the NEWLY established management attempts to rectify any and most concerns within reasonable time. Also, reminders are sent to warn of potential outtages or valve shutoffs-nothings unexpected. If you have an issue, let them know. They have many units and more tenants. I appreciate the efforts theu provide, INCLUDING maintenance! In conclusion, a decent location, great office assistance, but mid quality construction/architecture (but Ive noticed much recent remodeling). Overall 3.5

  This place is shitty! Lots of packages stolen and the place has a lot of bugs . If you are looking for a place go find somewhere else. Doesn’t deserve a star not even 1 star.

  Sherry and Monse were very helpful and nice during my move in process they were very patient with me and I’d recommend them to anyone ! Check out their website for move in deals !

  The prices are affordable but the service needs more work. The apartment wasn't cleaned, the maintenance work wasn't done before move in. However I know it's a new management company and over time we should see some improvements

  Me brindaron muy buena atención la verdad el personal muy amable y educado Pero especialmente quiero resaltar a la señorita monserrat por su excelente trabajo y amabilidad por guiarme paso por paso para poder obtener mi apartamento muy contento por su ayuda
