  Me and my live-in caregiver went to see an apartment almost a year ago. Lilly was the one who showed us a 2 bed 2 bath upper unit. It was so beautiful I don't have anything bad to say about it. I put an apartment on hold,but then couldn't move, because of my manager,so I been waiting patiently to move there. And my lease is almost up,May 31st. I spoke with someone in the office who helped me find a 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment. So I put that one on hold. Unit August 1st I plan on moving in on July 31st. And my storage is right next door. So it shouldn't be too hard to move there.

  The apartment had a great layout. Was thinking this is the spot, until the 1100.00 1 br became the 1400.00 whith these community R.U.B.S. Ratio Utility Billing System. It's this extra community utility bill where we pay for utilities of our own and others, for amenities and cable etc... i don't want the cable ... tough that'll be 100 more. No one told me when I called multiple times before. I asked whats the rent and was told a number. 300 is surely a big enough jump i would have wasted time even going there. But the pad itself was great. Bummed had to pass.

  horrible apartments . front desk barely likes to answer when i first moved in the apartment was not cleaned it was dirt covered with paint . fire place is broken fridge was not cleaned dish washer is still nasty til this day i moved in may 1st asked for everything to replaced windows will not open that is a safety hazard . needed new eyes for my stove and i have yet still to receive those . these apartments are horrible and does not seem to care . DO NOT MOVE HERE !

  Immediately wanted to move in I’ve toured a lot of apartments but these for sure cleanest and I felt the most safest
