  To all contractors in town be aware!!!!! If Lennox Clarke contacts you for ANY JOB, do not do anything for them. He does not pay you after you complete the work! We are a local licensed HVAC contractor in Las Vegas and performed work at this property in February 2026 — replacing a 2-ton heat pump condenser unit. The total invoice amount is $3,983 and we have not been paid to this date. We have made multiple attempts to collect payment and our contact, Lennox Clarke, has been dragging this out for months and is now ignoring our emails completely. We have exhausted all options and are now filing in small claims court, filing a formal complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board, and contacting corporate management directly. We hope this review helps other local vendors think twice before taking on work at this property. We simply ask to be paid for work that was completed and approved.
