  I would not recommend living here. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor management and a complete lack of accountability. I was approved for a $500 referral concession before the property’s management changed. I signed all of the required paperwork before the deadline and have email documentation showing it was approved. After my rent had already been paid with that concession applied, management suddenly reversed the credit more than a week later and demanded an additional $500. Instead of honoring the agreement or taking responsibility for the mistake, they claimed there was no proof of the referral, despite the documentation I provided. They also refused to offer a meaningful resolution while still expecting the balance to be paid immediately. To make matters worse, they do not accept partial rent payments, leaving residents in an impossible position when management creates billing issues like this. Communication has been frustrating, responses have been inconsistent, and it feels like residents are expected to pay for management’s errors. I have always tried to pay my rent on time, yet this situation has put my rental history at risk through no fault of my own. If you’re considering moving here, keep copies of every email and every document you sign. Based on my experience, you may need them.

  Extremely disappointing experience with management. I was approved for a $500 concession, completed the paperwork I was instructed to sign, and paid my rent based on that agreement. More than a week later, the concession was reversed, and I was suddenly told I owed an additional $500. I reached out multiple times to try to resolve the issue and provided the documentation I had, but instead of honoring what I had been told and approved for, I was left responsible for the balance. Because this property does not accept partial rent payments, their decision also put my otherwise on-time payment history at risk. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability and communication. A concession that had already been processed was later taken back, and I was the one expected to deal with the consequences. If you choose to live here, keep copies of every email and document and make sure you get everything in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

  this is my first apartment i had no clue how to go about things and Ja’niece made everything make sense she answered all my questions and concerns got me the most beautiful apartment i am so excited and she always answered when i reached out or had questions made this whole experience easy and graceful she is an amazing person and i am soo grateful to be here thankyouu dash
