  Update#2: THE OWNER NEEDS TO GET THIS PLACE TOGETHER. MY UNIT IS LITERALLY SAME HORRIBLE CONDITION ( we are clean people)!!!!!! NOT ONE MAINTENANCE GUY HAS CAME FOR MONTHS I BEEN GOING TO OFFICE AND NOTHING IS DONE. Now they don’t even have a contract with pest control apparently. So we are paying all this extra stuff on our rent! No one cleans the trash outside that we get charged for. The pools are green and we get charged for those areas. UPDATE: STILL NO ONE HAS CAME. THEY SAID THEY CAME OUT SATURDAY AND THAT WAS A LIE I HAVE A CAMERA. you guys want your rent on time but we have to wait months for even a maintenance guy to come out. WAITED for pest control just to be told I was gonna be put on the list again for next week. Im legit so disgusted at the fact that roaches crawl on clean dishes and on my sons stuff. We are clean people. My sink faucet has also been broken for a while, and it makes washing dishes extremely frustrating. We were told we would get a black door gate by October 2025, but people who haven’t even lived here for three months already got one before us. We have lived here for years, paying rent on time, constantly asking for repairs, and nothing seems to get done to the point where we have to fix things ourselves. The hot water is always going out, forcing us to boil water so two adults and a baby can wash ourselves. That also results in us paying even more money just to have hot water available. There has also been mold in the bathroom that I reported to the office three different times, and I eventually had to try handling it myself. I have a baby, and this is becoming an unsanitary environment for him. There has been mold in the shower, and roaches have crawled on his bottles while they were drying after being washed. Every time we report these issues, we are told that maintenance will be “asked” if they can do it. Respectfully, maintenance is hired to handle repairs, so I don’t understand why it’s presented as optional. We are also constantly told there is only one maintenance worker for the entire complex, and while I understand staffing issues happen, that should not fall on tenants who are paying rent and expecting safe living conditions.

  Moving in was not great. Being hassled by security as we’re moving in. Things falling apart or breaking. Filthy not painted, missing lights, no doors to closets, windows bolted shut, the blinds completely coming off and hitting me in the head. This has been an absolute terrible experience

  I've been waiting four months for my dishwasher to get fixed. They said it was fixed but it's still not working. I'm unsure what to do at this point. I've had a broken dishwasher that's never worked And I moved into a broken garbage disposal. They fixed it a a few weeks after and then after they said the dishwasher was fixed the garbage disposal stopped working and now I can't even use my sink. So I put in another request and I'm hoping they can get it fixed. Or just let me pull out the dishwasher and I'll put in my own. That works. Just that simple. And replace this garbage disposal cuz this is the second time it's been broken in less than 4 months. I don't understand why the request takes so long to get a new one or at least a workable one.. I would give them more stars if they could at least accomplish this minimal tasks..

  The office staff and manager is great. Very nice very friendly helpful. But they face the issue of continuous maintenance problems. And the one guy they have here he really tries really hard. So I give him high praise on that. But the people he works for really need to get him more help.

  MostGates are no able to lock. That means there is no security pool is clean and In operation. Office not always opening on time so gym and washing card machine cannot be use when it is supposed to be available random people walking through the court yard. Dog shirt not picked up by owners.
