  I’ve lived here for years now and you have had extremely nice staff in the past but the current front desk staff Aliyah is failing to provide a good customer service experience to your residents.

  Pls pls pls do NOT move here. Yeah it’s cheap rent, but for a reason. The property is poorly managed, not well maintained, and constantly rotating through new property management employees. I recently moved out, and they're trying to charge me for damage to the vinyl plank flooring that was already there when I moved in. I replied to their move-out email with a dated photo proving the pre-existing damage and even sent a follow-up, but both emails have been ignored. Ironically, they say to contact them with any questions, yet they never respond. They either never reply to emails or do within the hour, how reliable. The phone numbers listed online are either automated or don't work, making it nearly impossible to speak to someone unless you drive/walk to the leasing office yourself which I had to do multiple times unfortunately. The entire property constantly smells like urine and feces. You'll notice it the moment you step in and out of your car walking to and from your apartment. Disgusting and embarrassing. The amenities you pay for barely function. The computers in the "tech hub" weren't even plugged in when I tried to print documents multiple times, and the gym restrooms were consistently dirty and out of toilet paper. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbor, and with no reliable way to reach management after hours, reporting noise issues was required way more work than just a simple phone call since you'd have to go to the front office yourself, as I mentioned earlier. It shouldn’t be such a hassle to contact someone. Annoyingly, I just ended up living through it every day and night until I got the hell out of there. Overall, the low rent isn't worth the poor management, lack of maintenance, and frustrating experience. Your home should be your peace, not your biggest headache.

  They are thieves here!! I was sent a bogus exit amount after leaving the unit in perfect condition! I paid it because I know property managers are quick to send to you to collections! I paid 3 months ago and still harassing me for money! Ashley, the regional manager, must have stolen the money as corporate has no record of payment! Living there for a year was a nightmare, I was so happy to leave, and now denying payment received when I’ve sent proof many times is totally disgusting!! Beware of this horrible place… especially Ashley!! She also manages other properties here in Las Vegas so make sure you do not rent from Davlyn Properties!!

  My God this place is awesome. I love the Michael B townhomes from the girls that work in the office Alia Ashley and Ashley in the office. She is amazing and my God the maintenance crew especially Grady. I love me some Grady. He is so respectful so awesome. You don’t usually see maintenance personnel at apartments as kind as he is to us this man is amazing he really goes above and beyond. I’ve been living here almost a year now and he has been nothing but totally awesome. He definitely deserves recognition and then Ashley (CASH) she’s newer to the complex but she’s totally awesome as well she fits right in. I love me some Ashley. She’s always telling you happy Monday or whatever day it is they both when I see her and Grady they always make my day just their kindness alone is appreciated. Thank you. Keep being awesome.☺️

  I have moved into this townhouse on June 22nd 2026. And it is now June 30th 2026. Ever since then Wash machine hasn't Been working it will Wash the the clothes but the wash machine will stop in the middle of the wash me and my roommate put a request in Wednesday 24, 2026. About the washer did nobody come until today 06/30/26 and when maintenance guy came to fix the washer he came with a attitude arguing with my roommate about the Wash machine saying that he did fix the Wash machine. We have been going 8 days without a wash machine and just moved into this place. Not only that 2 bars was missing from are refrigerators the day we moved in and he got a attitude about that too.... This is a nice place but it just poor customer service and the maintenance men is very rude.
