  I’m giving this property 3 stars because while maintenance is usually responsive and kind, my overall move-in experience and ongoing maintenance issues have been frustrating. When I first viewed the apartment, it was still being repaired and prepped for move-in. Unfortunately, many of those repairs were still unfinished when I received my keys. Since moving in less than 6 months ago, I’ve submitted 11 maintenance requests. The biggest ongoing issue has been the dryer, which still barely works despite multiple repair attempts. It takes several cycles just to dry clothes, and doing bedding or larger loads can take days. I was told management would follow up regarding the issue, but I never heard back. At this point, I’m saving up to replace the washer and dryer myself because I’m tired of dealing with old, worn-out appliances. Other issues included a non-working thermostat during winter, leaks, unfinished renovation work, holes in walls, nails in the carpet, damaged screens, doors that didn’t properly shut or lock, and stains in the carpet that were never fully addressed. Now that the weather is warming up, I’ve also started dealing with bugs including ants, baby spiders, and roaches, even after having the apartment sprayed. I’ve put a lot of effort into making my apartment feel like home, and the rent savings are honestly one of the reasons I’ve stayed. However, for the price, I expected a unit that was fully repaired, cleaned, and move-in ready from day one.

  The Michael B townhomes are amazing. I’ve lived here for a year now and I can’t ask for a better team than them Bruce,Cash, Ashley, and Aaliyah are all amazing Come live with us and enjoy All the amenities this luxury apartment has to offer and much much more they even have a convenience Store on the property wow how awesome is that

  We've lived here for two years and have adored this complex. I have to give a shoutout to Pricilla! She toured us around the complex and has been absolutely amazing from move-in all the way to move-out. We actually lived in two different units here (both townhomes) and they're super unique. The whole team here, maintenance included, has always been super friendly and always on top of things.

  I had a 10/10 experience thanks to Arella, the leasing manager. She was so patient with all my questions and incredibly informative. Her kindness and willingness to help made all the difference. Looking for a new home can be stressful, but she made it feel seamless. This is exactly how the home-searching process should be smooth, transparent, and welcoming. Her level of professionalism and helpfulness is exactly how every leasing experience should go. She was truly perfect in EVERY WAY!!

  Do not move here nothing ever gets fixed and apartment had damage when moved in and constant problems every week
