  I moved in about a year ago and honestly I have no complaints about the staff most of them listen and address whatever issues I’ve had complex is well maintained. My only issue is the people who have dogs take them to the kids play area and let them piss and shit on the grass that surrounds the play area.. TO ALL OF YOU THERE IS A SMALL DOG AREA IN THE BACK RIGHT CORNER.

  I stayed here for just under 3 years. Apartments themselves are presented well but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. You are nickel and dimed for all the amenities that are not in service. They allegedly have a security team that patrols at night but in just the last month I have been asked by cops twice about a screaming lady keeping everyone up until 3am. There are no security cameras anywhere so if you get your car backed up into and the person flees you’re SOL. Management is probably the worst I have ever seen. They’re nice to your face but won’t do a thing to help you and you’ll be waiting for weeks for an answer/solution. In the roughly 3 years I was there management has had a very high turnover rate. I never was able to talk to the same person twice and this caused multiple communication issues and their response was always the same. “That person doesn’t work here anymore.” Something is seriously wrong with that office and I wish I was a more nosey person and tried to figure it out. For the price of the units available now you’re better off somewhere else. I hardly ever write reviews but please save yourself the multiple headaches you’re about to have dealing with the management. This place is in the toilet. P.S security is god awful. Gates stay open way too long and the homeless are making their way in and going dumpster diving. It is becoming significantly more unsafe.

  I was there recently and I was amazed at how prompt and accommodating the staff was! Rae answered all my questions and was very informative! Beautiful property and apts!

  Raelynn was the nicest person to work with. She listened to what I wanted in an apartment and showed me what she had available. I will definitely consider Tesoro when I am ready to move.
