I’ve lived in this community since 2021, and overall I’ve enjoyed living here. One of the main reasons I chose this complex was the availability of EV charging. At the time, having six charging stations was a huge advantage and, for the first few years, it worked well.
Unfortunately, for the past 1–2 years, the chargers have been in a constant state of disrepair. As of today, only 3 of the 6 chargers are operational, and with more residents driving electric vehicles, it’s nearly impossible to find an available charger after 4–5 PM.
What’s most frustrating is that this isn’t a new issue. The broken chargers have remained out of service for over a year despite multiple requests to management to have them repaired. I even attempted to post about the issue on the community message board twice, but both posts were never approved. It feels like the problem is simply being ignored.
To make matters worse, one of the defective chargers damaged my charging adapter by overheating and melting it into my vehicle’s charging port, forcing me to purchase a replacement at my own expense. That raises concerns not only about convenience but also about safety.
I want to be clear that I like this community and would prefer to continue living here. This review isn’t meant to criticize the property as a whole—it’s a sincere attempt to get management’s attention and encourage them to address an issue that affects a growing number of residents.
Please repair the existing chargers and consider installing additional ones to meet current demand. EV charging was a major amenity that influenced my decision to live here, and I hope management will take this issue seriously.
This property has had a broken main gate for weeks now. When you call the office about it, they just say will look into it. This is unacceptable. This is suppose to be a gated community, but it's not turning out that way when you have random people coming through that don't live here. No matter how much you mention it to the office, it falls on deaf ears. I hope this can be rectified in a timely manner.
A few other things that need to be addressed are: 1) Don't see any weeding being done by gardeners, I though that was part of the routine. They're growing out of control in the planter areas that have rock throughout the property. 2) Broken water lines in certain areas that are spraying water into the air. 3) Some cars going too fast around corners within the property making it unsafe for pedestrians to cross certain sections.

The management in this place is very, very, UNprofessional if you know the law and your rights

Carlos from maintenance came through so quick! Really friendly guy, fixed my lock and helped me program my thermostat. I recently moved in and I can’t describe how great it feels to have someone promptly respond to your needs. Great customer service 10 out 10 give this guy a raise!
