  they give u the landlord special, maintenance workers dont be nothing besides being in their office and smoking cigs. ur neighbors are loud and inconsiderate dont recommend unless ur seriously desperate

  Maintenance man only came in and turned it on and off with the switch didn’t test the wiring didn’t test the device itself. All you do is turn the device on and off that is not making sure it works properly.

  I lived here 1 year and everything was great , the property hosts community events every month, the gyms are always clean & maintenance was quick to solve my problem with my washer when I needed help. Tom worked with me when I gave him my notice to vacate (I was purchasing my first home). Stonegate was the apartment so good to me on my journey to purchasing my forever home . I’m going to miss the complex hopefully stonegate lets me come by 🤗. Also S/O to the girls in the office Alex & Cassey.
