  The move was fine on the technical side. I was a little frustrated arriving, and my package on the first day is missing despite their being a photo of it being delivered while maintenance was in the apartment. and then my AC has been shot as soon as I came in it was 83° and it’s only gotten down to 75 lowest. I had to purchase a fan. The apartment itself is a cute little layout and 100% worth the price hopefully around winter it won’t be as hot, but the AC should work regardless. I’ve only been here for a couple days though, so we’ll see how it goes from here.

  We are very happy with our new Stonegate home. It is very spacious, solidly built, and such a beautiful view of the golf course. We hope to live here a very long time. Thank you Stonegate.

  We have Alex as our leasing agent and she has been a big help on finding us our forever home here! I especially love her personality and her giving us updates on our application and answering any questions that we had. Thank you sooo much, Alex! 🩷🩵🩷🩵

  We just moved in and from the start we have had the best experience. I would go as far and say it’s almost hotel like for Vegas with how welcoming and kind the staff is. I’ve been renting around Vegas for a few years and have had all sorts of experiences with my moves and with leasing staff but the team here is very well coordinated and extremely helpful. The girls KC and Alex are super nice and are always on top of what you need. Don’t even get me started on Tom the manager, he has been more than helpful since we moved in! From the start he made sure we got the best deal and exactly what we were looking for. It was urgent and he got us in within less than a week and made sure all was processed in time. Of course with the help of the rest of his team, we are so grateful for everyone being able to work with us. Upon move in, our apartment was cleaned well besides small things. But Tom made sure to keep my family and I up to date always. Even on move in day he came to my unit to make sure it was ready for me when we did our first look after the cleaning company and maintenance got it ready. He doesn’t know how much we appreciated that. Since living here, we have needed maintenance and they always arrive within 24-48 hours. I love that they stay on top of work orders and properly update you with your needs. We needed to fix our dryer, and they made sure to send us updates daily on when the parts were coming in and when maintenance was coming to help us. Overall the team is great and I can’t be more thankful. The neighborhood isn’t bad, pretty quiet and kids are always out playing. It’s very comfortable here. Only negative thing is some cars like to rev in the middle of the night. But besides that everything is perfect. 3 pools! A gym! And they’re not broken down for your whole lease like most places are. I haven’t had this good of an experience with any other complex. I’m very grateful to live here.

  It's a beautiful apartment complex with three swimming pools. But I had some issues with the application process and the staff. Stonegate uses a 3rd-party company for background checks. On the one hand I was told that they and I in turn would be told if I needed to produce 1, 2 or 3 documents. But today I was told everybody has to produce three. Two days ago they made a copy of my State ID. Today I said they could have had a copy of my Social Security card but they didn't ask for it. I was told I didn't have it. I replied I usually don't carry it with me but I had it with me when I was in the office. So there was a discrepancy between the number of documents I was told I would have to produce. That and their insistence that I didn't have my Social Security card with me when I did was too much. I withdrew my application.
