Its was my first time ever applying for an apartment completely alone and I was confused and anxious because I didn’t know what I was doing but aime gatica the manager helped me out every step of the way, she found ways to make it easier for me to apply and tried everything to guarantee I got approved and eventually I did and moved in about 2 weeks ago now and I honestly feel it wouldn’t have happened without her and her staff helping me out every step of the way

I just moved in to the apartment about a week ago and the apartment I applied for didn’t meet my expectations. However, the property manager, Amy, was super helpful and accommodating to make sure everything worked out in the end. I really appreciated her service as you don’t see it much nowadays.

READ the reviews thoroughly, THIS is a terrible place to live. Homeless people every night walking around and even coming into the complex. Some of them are literally crazy and get naked. They break into empty apartments and teens hop the fence and try to open car doors. Theres security at night but they just sit in their car and do nothing. Neighbors getting into domestic disputes and cops called. Water heaters and anglestops burst and flood the apartment. Lots of scorpions and they do nothing about it.. Trash bins always overflowing due to outsiders dumping. For the price they're charging, Id say go live down the road. Way overpriced for the size! At least, with the same crime, its much cheaper rent.. Management reached out to me begging me to change my review because they're losing business but know this property is dangerous and disgusting.

I’ve lived here for one year, so I feel I can give a full pictured review. Pros: Office staff and maintenance are typically very responsive and very kind, landscaping well kept, dog park usually picked up in, laundry facility is clean and if machines break they get fixed quickly and the pool was never broken. The furnished studios are OK size, especially for one person. I moved from across country so it was a great first place here size and price wise. For me the dog park is what really sold me when I toured and it is a great, clean and safe space. The community is only studios and 1 beds so there aren’t too many kids which keeps it usually quiet. Cons: The neighborhood isn’t the best- the only upside is it is not far to Summerlin, The Lakes, Downtown and the Strip if you work there. The community has roaming security but I only saw them maybe 5 nights out of the whole time I’ve lived here. Most neighbors are good, but some are very sketchy. One night doing laundry a neighbor had let a homeless woman in who was laying on the floor with her genitals exposed. Overall, the staff is good and the space is good, so if you need something furnished, short term, I’d recommend this place.
