Just know you're signing up for living in a shitty/dirty apartment , and when you finish your lease they will wrongfully mark your credit with outstanding debt , even if you pay everything like you're supposed to. They'll have an inquiry on your credit. And that'll be a pain in the ass to fight for! Have fun guys , avoid this place , pay $100 more in rent but rent a better place that's headache free. Health issue free, and more professional!

I had an excellent experience with one of the maintenance guys named Carlos Flores, he came to fix the AC and he noticed the kitchen sink was leaking and he fixed it right away 👍👍

I’ve been stuck at Sedona Ridge Apartments for 2 years, and it’s honestly been nothing but problems. Management does NOT care about their tenants — period. Maintenance requests are a complete joke. My dishwasher and garbage disposal have been leaking for months and no one has ever shown up to fix them. On top of that, this place has a massive pest and rodent infestation that they completely ignore. It’s nasty, unsafe, and they just don’t care. The property manager, Leah, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Her attitude toward African American tenants is completely different from how she talks to others — and it’s obvious. The moment I told her I was planning to move out the legal way, she started retaliating. She even slapped me with a 5-day notice for “unauthorized dogs” when I don’t even have a dog in this unit! They love charging tenants extra for things that don’t even make sense — valet trash that they pick up whenever they feel like it, uncovered parking with no assigned spots, and a “community maintenance” fee when the place is always filthy. Half the so-called “amenities” they advertise don’t even exist. The pool? It’s been closed for years because it “wasn’t state compliant,” yet magically reopened right after summer ended. Make it make sense. They were literally on the local news for neglecting their tenants, and now I understand why. This place is unprofessional, poorly run, and straight-up disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from Sedona Ridge. UPDATE I wanted to give a final update after officially moving out of Sedona Ridge Apartments. When I went to return my keys, I was immediately met with hostile and disrespectful energy from Leah and Colton. I matched that energy because there was no reason for me to be treated that way. I asked a simple question: how was I ever considered a “difficult tenant” when I rarely came into the office or spoke to management unless it was about issues inside my unit? Instead of having a professional conversation, the situation escalated quickly and unnecessarily. The police were called — even though I never threatened anyone or behaved in a way that justified that response. Being in that situation, it’s hard not to feel like I was treated differently and unfairly as a Black woman. While I was there, another woman was in the office looking into moving in, and I made sure to warn her about my experience living here. People deserve to know what they’re walking into before signing a lease. For two years, I paid my rent, stayed to myself, and only reached out when there were problems in my unit — problems that were often ignored. To then be labeled “difficult” on top of everything else is insulting and feels like an excuse to justify poor treatment. This final interaction confirmed everything I said in my original review. The lack of professionalism, the hostility, and the way tenants are treated here is unacceptable from start to finish. If this is how they handle a simple question at move-out, imagine dealing with them while you actually live there. Nothing about my experience has changed — it’s only been reinforced. Proceed with caution.
