  Review Called with a few basic questions and had to ask THREE times just to get an answer. The only thing I got was, “You have to make 2.5x the rent. We can talk about the rest when you’re ready to move.” I’m trying to figure out IF I WANT TO MOVE THERE 😭😂 If it’s this hard to get basic information, I can only imagine how hard it would be to actually live there. No thanks!

  This is the most wonderful management team that I have ever lived with! They take care of what ever you have a problem with and will sincerely listen R, C, J and Fix it man C are the best. If you want that security and honesty Sedona Ridge Apartment townhomes is where you should go. It starts with the management team and this current one are wonderful thank you guys for fixing anything that I need and for listening to me from one of your tenants. God bless you.🙏🏽

  Just know you're signing up for living in a shitty/dirty apartment , and when you finish your lease they will wrongfully mark your credit with outstanding debt , even if you pay everything like you're supposed to. They'll have an inquiry on your credit. And that'll be a pain in the ass to fight for! Have fun guys , avoid this place , pay $100 more in rent but rent a better place that's headache free. Health issue free, and more professional!
