- KDKelly DaleyMay 23, 20261.0I called ahead about a specific apartment I was interested in. It was available. I made an appointment to view on a Saturday, since they stop showing at 4pm M-F; and I work normal business hours. When I showed up on Saturday at 11am, the office attendant refused to show me the apartment because "it was on the other side of the property and she didn't have a golf cart". This is the most asinine nonsense I've ever heard. She refused to lock the office and just WALK me to the available apartment. This is not proper business procedure. She's have to lock the office for any near showings, so having a golf cart makes no difference. It's pure laziness. I made an appointment specifically for this apartment when I called ahead, so I was not interested in viewing any other "model" apartments. I was ready to sign a lease that day. I'm glad I didn't. If this is how potential clients are treated, I can't imaging how horrible management is once you're actually a resident.

He treats his residents with distain and disgust. It’s no wonder I see people constantly moving out. I will be moving out when my lease is up.
