  I lived here 25 years ago, had to find a place and returned here again. It is a beautiful property, feels like home! Leasing staff was excellent, Jocelyn was amazing. I love the little yards available. Makes apartment living easier with pets. Property is clean, inviting, quiet. Im happy here!! I love that they host social events, can't wait to be able to attend one!

  I called and had a great experience on the phone. Cynthia was very knowledgable and very helpful and put me at ease. She knew exactly what I was needing and asked all the right questions to make sure I found the perfect place. Im very happy and pleased.

  On April 19th, my car was broken into and nearly stolen while parked in my assigned spot at this complex, which is marketed as a gated community. My rear window was smashed, my dashcam was stolen, and I was left with a $500 deductible and the ongoing concern that this could happen again in a place I chose specifically because I believed it would be safe. I documented everything thoroughly and submitted it to management. Management filed a report and expressed that they were sorry this happened. After escalating to corporate, the request for a credit was denied and no alternative was offered. When I asked about security, I was told directly by management that there are no reliable, scheduled times when security is actually present on the property. Security sent a text afterward and did no meaningful follow-up beyond that. If you're considering this complex because you want a secure environment or peace of mind, this was my experience. I'm sharing it so future residents can make an informed decision.

  I have been living here for a year, and it has been one of the best properties I have ever resided in. There have been a few minor inconveniences and issues—as can happen anywhere—but even so, the maintenance team has consistently demonstrated excellent responsiveness and efficiency in resolving service requests. The office staff has also been fantastic, always willing to help me address my concerns. The area is very quiet, and the surroundings are ideal for going for a walk.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the management team/Rep at this apartment community, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience.From the very beginning, the manager and assistant manager have been nothing short of professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining a well-run community and ensuring residents feel valued. The property itself is well-kept, clean, and inviting, which reflects the dedication of the management team. Any concerns or requests I’ve had were addressed promptly, and communication has always been clear and respectful. What stands out most is their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and it truly makes a difference in the overall living experience.
