She was incredibly helpful to move things forward while I moved during a full time job. Also, I appreciate Beatriz Ashley David with the office and management team for their efforts, great attitude to resolve maintenance issues and arrangements of great community events, this makes a sense of community.

- VVVern6 days ago5.0My daughter is a new resident at Rancho Mirage! She’s been a tenant approximately 2 months now but due to a very busy work schedule she’s still technically trying to get completely moved in and settled. Anyways, the day before yesterday she had a few maintenance issues arise so she contacted management to place a work order for someone to come check on them. Management responded promptly and assured my daughter of when maintenance would respond. It was immediate but my daughter had to work during the time they’d be there so i agreed to stay over and let them in once they arrived. So, I had the pleasure of meeting David M. And I say pleasure because David was very professional he was obviously knowledgeable regarding each concern my daughter had raised and he was friendly and personable. He assured me that anytime my daughter needs assistance with anything to not hesitate to contact management again and he also informed my daughter about the after hours emergency number and that she could locate that number in a previous email. My daughter and myself too we hate troubling about problems but David definitely did not seem bothered or annoyed about having to come out which I appreciate. So, yeah any repairs my daughter mentioned David attended to swiftly and yes i just wanted to say thank you so much again David for your help and it’s good to have met you!!
