  I recently visited this property for a tour, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with what I saw. The property was very unkept, with trash throughout the grounds and several areas that appeared poorly maintained. First impressions matter, especially when you're asking prospective residents to consider making a property their home. Management should seriously address the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds. Prospective tenants deserve to see a property that reflects pride, care, and proper maintenance.

  I lived at Rancho Del Sol for 5 years and had a wonderful experience overall. The community is calm, quiet, and very peaceful. Mary and the entire front office team are always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and the maintenance team is fantastic with their prompt and reliable work whenever anything needs fixing. I truly enjoyed my time here, we only moved because our family outgrew the space. I highly recommend Rancho Del Sol to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!

  I was pleased to meet Lynita Jenkins, she really knows her job and made the tour quite pleasant. I was impressed by the model she showed me, which gave a quite the decorative idea. I look forward to my experience living at the community and in Las Vegas. Again Lynnie made me decide to choose Rancho Del Sol. Im sure I will enjoy it.

  This use to be a nice complex, now it's just a place to live, always trashy, homeless goes through the trash daily, they office claims we have security that sits in front of the office, I never see them,gates broken all the time. Then to top it all they have the nerve to bill for water after they Remove all the grass at the property, which I understand a lot of Apts has done that, but here at Rancho del Sol are water main breaks consistently, water is sometime just running in areas of the property.I honestly can't wait to move. I am contacting someone in regards to the water, because how are the able to just change your lease from flat fee water to now they just bill whatever they think you used. Last but not least the women in the office have some nasty attitudes especially Lennie and Mary, very rude, wow how are people like that able to have worked here this long and be in customer service anywhere.I have talk to many people here on the property and they all say the same, alot of them have just said they will move, it's definitely better properties out here. So good luck!

  During my four years at this property, I have been well served and looked after by everyone, from the office staff to the maintenance crew. They have always handled my calls, requests for help, and questions in the best possible way. I feel safe here—both myself and my belongings. However, one person has been truly special from day one: Lynita Jenkins from the office. She has been patient and kind, even when dealing with my many complaints or requests. Just this week, she did something extraordinary by recovering two lost packages. It might seem like a small thing, but few people would be willing to go out of their way and do everything possible to help you. I told her I wish I could give her 10 stars instead of five.
