  I highly suggest finding another company to rent from. I have been a tenant for 5 years and have had continuous horrible experiences with their customer service and policies. They expect me to pay 1500 to redesign the landscaping on the house as a renter, but haven’t changed the carpet since the house was built in 1995. They’re slum lords. Stay away

  After four years with this company, trying to move to a new home, their new AI system refused to accept a state ID as a form of verification. When contacting management about this, they say there is nothing they can do because they can only accept identification though this system. The solution? I have 5 days to find another play to live because according to them, I can’t rent any of their properties.

  Worst company ever. I submitted my application and instantly denied due to proof of income. I tried to submit my paystub because my bank is a small bank not in their system but that’s against policy…. Both my girl and I make good money. Then I ask for a refund and nope after being on hold for 45 mins. Reason is policy….

  Roman - Very professional and friendly! Arrived on time and addressed our AC issue quickly. He explained his process and showed pictures of the work. Most important to us was that we felt like he listened when we tried to explain the problem, and then we had a genuine conversation about it. We’ll welcome him back any time we experience another maintenance issue!
