  Roman was very insightful and went above and beyond with helping in my new house. Our AC units coils froze and he was able to fix that and give us some tips to prevent it again. Showed us how to change the batteries in all the smart home features as well!

  i’ve usually had good experiences with progress but recently my AC went out and they came and fixed it the next day and said that another part was currently failing and they would have to come back. 2 days later my AC broke again, it is currently 89 degrees in my house and the emergency phone line that is on the website is only open from 9-5. How do you have an emergency line for emergency work orders and it’s not even open 24/7. Lord forbid my house had a water leak or something, i’d have to sit here for 14 hours while it leaks to wait until they open because they don’t understand the concept of a emergency phone line.

  I have been a resident with Progress Residential for four years. Something I have realized over the years is that they do not care about their tenants whatsoever. They will do everything in their power to neglect their responsibilities or make things as difficult as possible for you. I transferred my lease from Arizona to Nevada this month and it has been a hassle trying to get them to repair issues that should have been squared away before they even listed the property on their website. There are multiple dents and peeled paint around the house that I had to request repairs for. The stove does not turn on. The shower makes a loud ringing sound the first 10 minutes that it’s on. The kitchen faucet has terrible water pressure on one of the modes. And they have refused to put screens on the windows even though it is required by law in Nevada. Because of this, I have to submit this issue to the Public Response Office to basically force them to follow the law. They are slumlords and I would heavily suggest leasing with another company if possible.

  I am extremely pleased with the way Progress Residential managed my water heater problem . I initially reported the issue of a leaking water heater around 12 PM, and by approximately 3:30 PM, the team had successfully installed a brand new water heater. The entire matter was resolved in merely a few hours, which was truly exceptional. The team members were professional, polite, and demonstrated a remarkable sense of urgency. They removed the old unit, replaced it with a new one under warranty, and completed the installation all within that time frame. From the beginning to the end, the communication was superb, the process was seamless, and what could have been a stressful situation transformed into a wonderful customer service experience. I genuinely value their swift response and highly commend everyone who was involved.
