  Progress Residential has an amazing maintenance guy named Lyndon!!!! Professionalism and honesty was refreshing!!!! He completed the work timely and problem was resolved!!! I was so impressed with him I am trying to improve my own game to match his amazing energy!!!! He is da man!!!!! Thanks Sir helping residents out!!!

  This review is specifically in regards to maintenance: LeChon has come to my house twice now, for separate issues, and both instances have been nothing short of professional and efficient. He communicates throughout the entire process and explains what was wrong and how it was fixed. I appreciate him being thorough.

  I'd rather go back to living in Vista Condinium where they had a shooting at. Don't bother looking at the other reviews, it's all bots. Between completely crazy fines that come randomly with no thought, and charging you for work they have to legally do, being for example changing a 15 year old boiler that needed to be replaced, which we were charged a fee for despite them needing to do the work no matter what. The first months moving into the home we experienced a flooding and half the bathrooms were falling apart be it closet doors, horrible paintjobs and missing chunks from the furnishing. While you deal with all those suprises, you will also be constantly accosted by the local HOA, more so the local nursery home filled with 80+ year olds at deaths door who really need to just kick the bucket, who will have a constant issue with every aspect of the house, especially the landscaping DESPITE IT BEING NOTHING BUT SAND AND ROCKS. They also will not talk to you, they go to your house, take pictures of your entire front yard, and paste 12 different citation of which 1 or 2 is the actual problem, are they grown enough to just walk up to your door and speak to you about it? No, they take a blurry image, and send it to you as a physical mail over the next 2 weeks. Out of everything that was the worst about living in this home, as we had to spend nearly 3 months figuring out what exactly was the issue with barley even 2 feet of land at the corner of our driveway as they never address what they want you to do in the letters, only citing 'clear weeds and unwanted grass'. So we clear the weeds, and even uproot bushes that were there prior to us moving in as there is no grass on the property. That apparently wasn't the issue, as then they fine us. We contact Progress Residential, what is supposed to be your landlord, they don't get back to us for a week and a half, despite us needing to resolve the issue within 14 days. First they claim that they don't see any cases open against us about any HOA violations, then they suggest we clear leaves from underneath the rocks, leaves that have been there since us moving in 2 years ago, apparently that is the major nuclear threat issue. So we finally do it, the HOA within the letters also state to simply fix violations and move on as they will be checking every 7 days. Weeks go by and nearly a MONTH AND A HALF after the HOA had contacted us, Progress Residential finally wakes up and sends us an email to fix the violation and send them pictures, we do so on June 18th despite everything having been fixed by May 25th. But that doesn't matter, because Progress Residential is a typical Corporate scam, who charges us 300 dollars of fines, despite us being only fined a 100 by the HOA itself, but Progress claims that since we magically didn't know to send them the pictures on the 25th they have on behalf of the HOA counted every week past that as us being in violation. Also as a cherry ontop, for Progress Residential having to bother as acting as your damn landlord, they CHARGE YOU $45 FOR ANY HOA LETTERS, BE IT WARNINGS, VIOLATIONS, OR NOTIFICATIONS BY THE HOA, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THEY GET ANY SORT OF LETTER FROM THE HOA YOU ARE CHARGED $45 FOR IT. The fact that I went from dealing with an individual landlord living at Vista Condominiums, never being charged for any repairs, immediately being notified of any HOA concerns, and infact having the crazy opportunity to TALK TO A PERSON is why I'd rather live there even when there is a shootout happening. Among all, if you want to speak to Progress Residential, no matter what phone number you call them from, even if you call the Las Vegas specific number from Google maps, it always transfers you to Arizona, who then transfer you to Las Vegas, and then despite it apparently never being busy, you have to wait nearly an hour to talk to a person to can actually assist you with your HOA fines. - Edit: Would love to have replied to the 'owner' but no 'Advocacy Team' has ever reached us. Just don't rent a home from this people

  Very unprofessional My husband and I are looking to rent a new home and we came by a beautiful home, went to see it in person and filled out an application through this Real State management PAID an application fee, 2 days later instead of reaching out and saying something they took the house off the market and now listed for sale not for rent. We didn’t receive any email informing us about that change. Very disappointing for us and other people if they payed an application fee for literally nothing.
