  I am from small town Missouri and had never rented from a big rental company. Had heard horror stories, but never personally done it. Well Progress made it live up to the hype with how overly terrible they were every step of the way. The customer service while trying to establish a lease while not living locally was infuriating. I had to mail cashier's checks for the first months rent and when the Post Office attempted to deliver them 3 minutes after the office closed I was told the team "couldn't support staying" to collect the check and my lease would be cancelled if not delivered on time. When trying to move out, the "Customer Care" team took no action on my move out request until after I spoke to two individuals on the phone, neither of which helped me. I then received an email with the wrong move out date after requesting a call back. Overall - dealing with Progress Residential has been so incredibly painful that I can only recommend to anyone if you move into a property managed by them and then never need anything from them after that. But even then, odds are they will still find a way to not help you.

  This company has rented to the most abhorrent individuals. I am unfortunate enough to be residing next to one that has already hurled homophobic and derogatory remarks to myself and my family. The dog feces has piled up in their backyard causing a noxious odor that is only worse in 100⁰+ heat! Their kids have damaged community property and raised our HOA fees. Trustpilot will show you what REALLY happens with this company.

  I am very disappointed in the online services and customer service. I have attempted to view properties and my account was paused for security reasons. However, in contacting customer service, no one can state a specific reason why. This is beyond frustrating. I was able to schedule a self-guided tour, when I arrived at the property instead of getting an access code, I was denied entry. Again, no specific reason given and no way to remove the security warning.

  Trying to view houses on self guided tours and some how triggered their "security feature" that essentially black lists me from seeing any of their homes without a realtor. I contacted customer service and they informed me that it "just happens sometimes" and they have no way of removing the security feature. This is ridiculous. 7 homes I have attempted to view on a self guided tour all came up with the same security issue. Why does this happen? How many other people have and/or are experiencing this? Why can't the feature be removed?

  Lyndon B provided top-notch service during his visit to repair the kitchen faucet, efficiently completing the task with a friendly and professional approach. His expertise was evident throughout the process. When a kitchen drawer broke shortly before his arrival, Lyndon submitted a work order, and arranging for it to be repaired. He also demonstrated a willingness to help with additional queries, providing clear instructions on adjusting the sprinkler system.
