  AC leaks inside and will create wet spots and create mold (they say “discoloration”) so keep lots of towels handy. Maintenance came to”fix it” twice and still the same result. Before and after the AC went out. Everything is jimmy rigged in the “newly furnished” apartments.

  Ray fixed our AC this morning and we are so grateful! Ray is amazing! Always so friendly which is super important to me. Makes everything so much better when you get someone like Ray to help! Just an all around good person! Thank you!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would QUICKLY These are hands down the nastiest apartments I have ever applied to or lived in. I didn’t even make it a full 30 days before I felt uncomfortable bringing any of my personal belongings into the apartment. I was genuinely scared to bring my couches and furniture because I was afraid bugs would get into them and I’d end up bringing an infestation with me. The place was severely infested with roaches, ants, crickets, and other bugs. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. It got so bad that I was considering changing units, but when I went to view a vacant unit, there were bugs literally crawling across the carpet. That told me everything I needed to know. On top of the living conditions, I was extremely disappointed with how the financial situation was handled. I didn’t receive a refund of my money, and they were still trying to charge me for a full month of utilities for a period when I wasn’t even there, along with additional “miscellaneous fees.” I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. Please do your research and, if possible, see the unit in person before signing anything. The level of filth and infestation I experienced was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache and look somewhere else.

  Yalanda in the Leasing Office made my application process so smooth! Her support in answering my questions, and assistance with the documents were so appreciated. She was patient, knowledgeable, and responded to my emails in a timely manner! Yalanda certainly provided me the Aloha spirit I’m so familiar with, and she brought Hawaii back to me! 🌈🌴🌺🍹
