- JMJake McWilliamsJun 25, 20261.0Earlier this year, my apartment flooded twice from my upstairs neighbors. Took maintenance an hour the first time to come get things fixed. They hire a drywall company to come and repair the damage who scratch my new dining room table that has been in my apartment for less than a week. No one informed the upstairs neighbor there was a plumbing issue so three months later when it happened again, adding more damage to my apartment they were still uninformed until I caught them in the stairwell. Just now went up “upgrading” Cox modems they enter my apartment after I express. I’m uncomfortable with them being here without me. They tell me we’ll call you in the morning and come up with a plan the next day they show up anyway while I’m at work move my equipment and then leave my front door unlocked. They have not respect for their tenants. And the office staff talks to you with no compassion or understanding with a” let me explain to you how things work” attitude.
