  Don't move here they lie about the pools being open the gate is always broken. just very unprofessional.

  I moved into Mirasol Apartments on April 24th of this year. I haven't even been living here for a month, yet within just a week of moving in, we discovered water leak issues in the floors of both bathrooms. I reported it immediately. A few days later, they arrived to inspect the situation; they removed the flooring in both bathrooms and cut two holes in the wall of one of them. I have now been in this same situation—with the bathrooms still floorless—for three weeks, and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I have gone to the office many times—almost every day—and they always tell me the same thing: that they have a lot of work orders. They are extremely irresponsible and show no concern for their tenants.

  One year ago I applied for an apartment in this complex. At the time of application in order for the application to go through I also had to apply and fill out a pet screening application with $30.00 fee. Well, my application was denied and no reason was given why. The 30.00 was lost. But here we are a year later and I don't even live here and the Pet Screening Company put another $30.00 yearly fee through on my credit card! There are no phone numbers to this place to stop it or complain. Don't rent here! Beware!

  Move elsewhere. This property has on site security who will harass you with no questions asked if a neighbor calls them. They will report you and give lease violations left and right. No one likes to walk on egg shells where they live or be harassed by their own security. Many people who have lived here have experienced this. Pay less elsewhere. Be aware of neighbors who use security as a form of harassment. This security company needs to be bettered trained as they are not police and this harassment must end. If you have children know your neighbors will complain about them simply walking around and you will get a violation. Frequent knocks at the door is unacceptable. Get it together Mirsaol - this is why you have so many units unoccupied and tenants are giving their money to other respectable properties who care to keep tenants not harass them and throw lease violations out like frisbees.

  I was going to rent here, but the opinions really scared me a lot 🥹 it’s a shame because it looks like a nice unit, but with so many garbage problems, lack of maintenance is crazy I hope better.
