  Very nice apartments and nicely kept surrounding areas. The best part is the staff led by Dani, they are always willing to help with whatever you need. That also includes the maintenance department.

  It was amazing dani was so quick to answer questions and the property is so beautiful. I am applying for a one bedroom and hope to be accepted. I can see the property is ran great and is absolutely beautiful

  Living at the Mariner at South Shores for the last five years has been a pleasure. I couldn't recommend living here enough. Dani the leasing manager was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay here. Manny and his fellow maintenance crew were always on top of responding to my repair needs and upkeeping the facility. Landscapers come through a few times a week to maintain the property. Garbage pick up is frequent so there isnt usually a noticeable pile up of trash. Pool and grounds are cleaned up after storms to reduce downtime. Neighbors are generally quiet and respectful of property. I don't have a pet but there is a number of grassy areas to walk your pet. The apartments are nice but are what they are and you can decide if that's for you when you move in. All of our appliances were upgraded to stainless steel. It was the employees here that made my time here incredible.

  Moving in and having all the back and forth from our application Kathy was a huge help. Now that we reside here we noticed how on top of it she is. She is always there to help and she answers the phone on the first ring. We appreciate her work hugely. Shoutout Kathy, my girl!
