  DO NOT rent at Mariner Apartments if you value your security deposit. After 8 years of on-time payments and a clean unit, management went out of their way to fabricate damage claims rather than return what was owed to me. They do not operate in good faith and will manufacture any excuse to keep your money. Look elsewhere. Also, if upper management is reading this review, find a new manager. Dani is rude and is going to cause your problems and lose you money, I assure you.

  This property is well cared for. The staff are very responsive. Kathy & Dani were wonderful to work with. I met another resident who also spoke highly of living here and about the way things are managed. Great area too! Highly recommended!

  I Loved this community Kathy and the Manger were very easy to talk to and the place looks amazing.
