  Living at Lura for the past two years has been great. I can’t recommend this place enough; I have even referred close family members who ended up moving here too. From the moment we decided to move in, Geneva made the process easy and welcoming. She is super cool, easy-going, and a pleasure to work with. The maintenance crew has been fast, responsive, and attentive from day one. A big thank you to Mike and Juan for always keeping everything running smoothly. A huge shoutout to Maria, who consistently keeps the common areas spotless. The location is perfect, with an easy walk to the Strip.

  I had a great experience with the leasing team at Lura Vegas Apartments. Geneva was incredibly patient and took the time to answer my questions over multiple phone calls, helping clarify my lease and other details. Her support made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. I also toured the property with Ruby and Francesca, and both were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. They made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all my questions. I've really enjoyed living here so far. The community is peaceful, and the overall experience has been very positive. I would definitely recommend Lura Vegas Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Thank you to Geneva, Ruby, and Francesca for the excellent customer service and making my move such a positive experience!

  I absolutely love living at Lura Apartments! From the cleanliness of the building to the amazing staff, I’ve had such a great experience. I especially want to thank Geneva, who has been incredibly helpful to me since the very beginning. She is always kind, patient, and willing to help, and the fact that she speaks Spanish has helped me tremendously and made me feel even more comfortable. The cleaning staff also does an amazing job keeping the building clean and welcoming. Everyone here is so nice, friendly, and helpful. You can really tell that the staff cares about the residents and takes pride in making Lura great place to live. I’m very happy to call Lura home and truly appreciate everyone who makes this community such a wonderful place! ✨🏡

  WOW! I have been a resident at Lura for the past two years. Throughout these two years, my stay has been nothing short of extraordinary. Being one of the first move ins, I have got to see this complex withstand the test of time. The front office staff, maintenance, and cleaning crew are absolutely fantastic. The mail room and lockers are well organized and easy to use! I also rented a garage, which as you can see pictured, is very spacious! Safety has never been an issue here, I would recommend to family and friends. If this review helps you, Lura is running a very generous referral program, simply mention this review see what benefits await! I would like to specifically show love and respect to Geneva, Mike, Juan, and Maria!

  Cons: You hear every step your neighbors take, every step their dogs take, every time they snore or open a door...you hear everything! Thin walls and ceilings, cheaply constructed, has made for constant disruptive noise day and night. Package delivery is a nightmare! No handicap compliant doors. Franchesca (property business manager) actively ignores you, keeps her door shut all day, never even acknowledges your existence with eye contact. Impersonal and unprofessional at best. Cheap cabinetry that keeps breaking. Pros: Location is great! Grounds are kept as clean as possible by maintenance. Maintenance staff is kind, prompt, knowledgeable, so helpful and professional. You can tell they care. Geneva is the best in the office. She is always there to help, smiles all the time and truly cares about the residents and the property. I cannot say enough good things about her. Not the worst place I have lived and definitely not the best.
