  I just moved in recently and it has been great! Ruby helped me move in and she was very helpful, sweet, and informative! Anything that I need she is there to assist! Thank you to Ruby and the entire staff for all your help!

  I cannot recommend living here. The walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors snoring. Also, my neighbor upstairs has dogs, and when their owner comes home I hear them running around. I even hear normal walking as stomping. I highly recommend you do not live here. I asked management to let me move to another unit and they wanted to charge me $700 even though I am not the one causing problems.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I toured Lura today, and Geneva was the leasing agent who showed me around. She did an outstanding job, taking the time to showcase everything from the parking areas to the incredible amenities. The gym is amazing, the clubhouse is beautiful, and the pool area feels exclusive and resort-style. She also showed me two apartment homes, and Apartment 734 was definitely my favorite. The view overlooking the pool is absolutely stunning. I am very excited and can't wait to submit my application and hopefully move in next month. If you're looking for a luxury apartment community near the Las Vegas Strip, I highly recommend Lura. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a truly upscale living experience. Thank you, Geneva, for the wonderful tour!

  I was one of the first tenants here at Lura apartment when the building first opened a couple years ago. I love it so much I have completed 2 leases and am considering my 3rd. When Los Angeles was burning down a couple years ago, I needed somewhere in a hurry and the property manager Franchesca really helped me out by streamlining the process and getting me in without issue. Anytime I need anything, Geneva is just a email or phone call away. I came here with trauma from previous apartment complexes, but here everything runs like a well oiled machine. Home is supposed to be a place where you can be care-free. They give you that here at Lura. The building is immaculate, there is never any trash anywhere. Here maintenance issues are immediately addressed and the maintenance team is extremely friendly & trustworthy. The entire team of staff here really cares about the building, and the tenants. The customer service is stellar. Nowhere I have lived comes close. Not even by a little bit. Do yourself a favor, move here. I can’t imagine it gets much better.

  Lura Vegas is a total hidden gem of a luxury apartment. It used to be called Aura or something like that, it's literally behind Aria Casino and the two high rise towers, so you can walk to the strip, Vdara / Aria over this enclosed bridge. It's basically a brand new complex, clean, super safe and secure (the most secure facility I have ever lived, door cameras every apartment, fob access everywhere, indoor parking with rolling metal gate and impossible to enter parking structure on the sides (this place is like a fort knox seriously, they even have private secured garages for an extra fee for people with high end Lambos or Ferraris), pool is really nice, and lounges with pool table , coffee, desks etc. Best of all management is amazing and super helpful, Franchesca, Ruby and Geneva. They are really friendly, helpful and respond to your texts almost instantly. We had two minor issues with our unit and ran into the two maintenance guys and they followed us to our unit and fixed them in 5 minutes, I was blown away! Lastly, who ever is the owner of this place did well with technology apps, you can basically control everything and see everything from your phone. I just hope Franchesca, Ruby and Geneva will stay at Lura for next few years while I am here because they make living here pleasant. PS. it's really quiet here, I barely run into anyone, which is great if you work from home. Highly recommend this place.
