  Shout out to Karla!! She really helped us coordinate getting help with our A/C. It's been acting up and she was super communicative with both my husband and I about when someone would arrive. Also to the poor maintenance man who came on his off day to help us fix our A/C. Learned a lot today about keeping up with our unit to help us in the long run. Let's pray it holds out and was an easy fix! Thanks for all the help!!

  Management is inexperienced and unresponsive (Kameron McCorley) communication is very poorly and very disrespectful and talk over you dont called back in timely matter or give you all the proper information you need before move in. The master bath tub was filthy and upon my arrival and the shower heads in both bathroom is rusty and old nothing like there model like they show me, I don't think anyone recommends painting over cabinetry and passing it off as an upgrade of any kind and the paint is making hard to open and close the cabinets. The master bedroom no Ceiling Fan. Multiple light switches for no use. The stove screen damage upon move in. The dryer have paint wasted on it. The patio not clean needs power wash

  Rachel from the front office is great. When I walk in she always greets me with a smile and it also helps that she’s funny. I know when I go to her, my concerns are taken seriously and whatever issues I have will be resolved.

  I took a tour with Rachel last week & she was kind and knowledgeable about the property, providing various layouts after assessing my needs. Thoroughly satisfied with the location of the property the units & the staff! I can not wait to make this my forever home!!

  I give 5-stars to Allen, the maintenance man. He's a very affable person, and fixed all the major issues I encountered at this apartment. The choice of individuals at leasing office is nothing to write about. Glad I signed a short lease because it wasn't until the 2nd month I realized I had made a terrible mistake moving into this apartment.
