  A close friend of mine was in need of Real Estate assistance in Nevada, and asked me for help in finding a good agent. I researched the Las Vegas area and found that Jeff Galindo has an excellent reputation with a solid breadth of knowledge and expertise. After speaking with Jeff, I was confident that he would be the right choice to take good care of my friend. Jeff was absolutely the best broker choice. He was timely, communicative and his knowledge of the specific market was invaluable in accurately and successfully marketing my friend’s home which resulted in garnering immediate interest and getting under contract quickly. Additionally, Jeff’s care of my friend demonstrated empathy and compassion in a difficult circumstance and that speaks volumes about Jeff’s character. I’m grateful for having Jeff’s help in taking exceptional care of my dear friend and will certainly recommend that anyone who needs an expert in the Las Vegas area should give Jeff a call.

  I would highly recommend working with Jeff! He not only helped me sell my previous home, but also guided me through the process of buying my new one, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Throughout both transactions, he was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I especially appreciated how quickly he answered questions, advocated for me during negotiations, and genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions.

  Jeff came to our home with a full blown presentation of house comps, different scenarios for the pricing of our home. He gave us tasks to clean up the clutter in the home so that he could do videos, take pictures, etc in order to assist in selling our home quickly. Jeff and his team worked very hard getting everything together for the listing and kept us informed regularly. If we had questions, he was quick to respond. The big day came and the home was listed. Jeff and his team worked the phones to get realtors with their potential buyers to view the home as a result, a lot of realtors and potential buyers came through over a few days. We had multiple offers and one was above listing price. The house is closed now and all along through this process, Jeff was there with assurances, answering more questions and organizing the closing process. As a result of Jeff’s hard work and real estate knowledge, I asked him to help me find a smaller place in 55+ community. Once again he came through. I did some research. He gave some ideas and listings. And of course answered lots of questions patiently. It finally came time for us to look at homes together. While doing so, Jeff would ask why questions about my thoughts about a home to help me focus on what I was really seeking. I never lived in an HOA or 55+ community so this was in a way all new to me. I eventually found a home that I wanted and again Jeff was there to guide me through the process of buying. The offer, the “this needs to be fixed list” for the sellers, the back and forth on the negotiation. At the end of this journey, I now have my new home to me and best of all made some new friends along the way. I now call Jeff my friend.

  Just closed on a house in Summerlin and Jeff was my agent. I cannot conceive of how this potentially stressful and difficult transaction could have been any easier and stress free. Jeff really knows this business and did an extremely good job in explaining the process and helping me navigate through it. He was always able to offer advice in a way that was useful and never pushy. He was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed and I always felt like I was his only client, although I’m sure that was definitely not the case. If I needed a real estate agent in the Las Vegas area again, Jeff is the only one I would consider.

  I’m a California Broker, and I referred my long-time clients to Jeff for their relocation to the Las Vegas area. I could not be happier! I was honestly nervous about referring my clients because they mean so much to me, and I interviewed several Las Vegas area agents before I chose Jeff to help them. He was amazing. His transaction manager Angie was outstanding, this man is a class act real estate executive. He’s wonderful;, responsive, trustworthy and super knowledgeable. If you ever need to refer a client, he will treat them like family with honest, and caring professional guidance. What a great realtor! Can’t wait to refer him again.
