They went above and beyond with providing my family with heaters and allowing me to contact them outside of work hours until the string of issues was ultimately resolved. I also notice how they keep the parks clean despite the other residents not picking up after themselves and their pets. These are two hardworking and friendly guys. Glad to have them both in the community.

The customer service is exceptional, especially Jennifer in the office who goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home from the moment you set foot on the property. The maintenance team is incredible too - they always fix any issues I've had quickly and efficiently. Without a doubt, this is hands down the best place to live in the Valley! It's been two years and I still love this place hands down prime location, Luis Vazquez has been the best maintenance man since I've lived here. Always comes to my rescue when I need something fixed. Majority of the time same day. Exceptional employee.
- CRCasper RaeFeb 27, 20235.0super awesome, amazing homes but so damn expensive. if I made the income requirements I would for sure live here!!! 3 story houses hidden in a neighborhood, seclusive and gated, so dope! a really pleasant place to stay I imagine. the floor plans were so big and different for each floor plan! check them out if you can afford 2000+ and above homes.
