  This place is incredible! I tagged along with a friend this weekend who is moving, and I was honestly blown away. The apartments are modern, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is unlike anywhere else in Las Vegas. I've lived in the Arts District for the past 5 years, and there's always something to do. I'm so glad someone finally brought true luxury living to the neighborhood, it's exactly what we need in the area! The pricing seems reasonable, and with three buildings, it's a large community that still feels unique. I'm especially excited to come back once all the amenities are open. The photos they showed us looked amazing! I definitely recommend checking this place out. We even stopped by later that evening and met a resident who had nothing but great things to say about living here. They've been here since the beginning and have watched the community come together over the years, just like me. I'll definitely be back when it's time for me to move. This place made a great impression! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Seriously, Like this apartment is sooooooooo in. Everything is aesthetic, cute, functional, comfortable, I LOVE how its right in the heart of the arts district, literally walking distance from my favorite ice cream shop and coffee shop; I toured this facility and the staff was extremely nice and overwhelmingly accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend coming to visit this place for a tour, and the fact that its brand spanking new, you would the be the first person in your unit. You can definitely make this a home.

  I had such a great tour! The Arts District location is a huge plus with so much within walking distance, and the units are absolutely beautiful. There are so many different layouts to choose from too, the agent made sure to show us a variety, which was really helpful! All of the ladies I met were so welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and was genuinely personable, which made the whole experience even better. I’m also excited to see the amenities once they’re finished! Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in December to hopefully lock in my new home! 🏡✨

  From the moment I moved in (few weeks ago), I knew I had made a great decision. The apartment complex is brand new, very clean and contemporary. Also, I enjoy the fact that restaurants and coffee shops are right outside the front door. The amenities (pool, pool deck & fitness area) are not yet completed, but I'm confident that they will maintain the high level of quality that is already apparent in the rest of the complex. Gemma is a winner ! I'm super pleased :)
