  Gemma Apartments is absolutely fantastic. If you’re looking for a high-end luxury apartment in Las Vegas with beautiful amenities, an incredible location, and — most importantly — people who actually care about the residents, Gemma deserves to be at the top of your list. A huge shout-out to Cristina, Juana, Leia, and Ray. They’ve all been fantastic. And Ray? Badass maintenance! He gets things handled and is always great to deal with. The Garda security team deserves major recognition too. There are honestly too many great people on the security team to name individually, but they’re professional, friendly, attentive, and add a real sense of comfort to living here. The property itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and you’re surrounded by some great restaurants and everything Las Vegas has to offer. But what really separates Gemma from other luxury properties is the staff and the people behind it. A beautiful building is one thing — having a team that makes it feel like home is another. We genuinely love living here. Thank you Cristina, Juana, Leia, Ray, the entire Gemma team, and Garda Security for everything you do. You guys are awesome!

  Lea was absolutely fantastic throughout our apartment search! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating every step of the way. The property itself is fabulous and the grounds are very well kept. We’re excited to be moving in and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. Highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking for a new home!

  I recently checked out Gemma and was really impressed with the property. Everything is brand new, clean, modern, and well thought out. The apartments have a really nice feel to them, and I love the finishes and overall design. The amenities and the view are definitely a big plus. The pool area is beautiful, the gym is really nice, and there are plenty of spaces to hang out or relax. I also really like the location in the Arts District. Being close to restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, and downtown is a huge bonus. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a nice community here. Overall, Gemma really stood out to me. If you're looking for a modern place in a great location with nice amenities, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. **5 stars from me!**

  Seriously, Like this apartment is sooooooooo in. Everything is aesthetic, cute, functional, comfortable, I LOVE how its right in the heart of the arts district, literally walking distance from my favorite ice cream shop and coffee shop; I toured this facility and the staff was extremely nice and overwhelmingly accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend coming to visit this place for a tour, and the fact that its brand spanking new, you would the be the first person in your unit. You can definitely make this a home.

  I had such a great tour! The Arts District location is a huge plus with so much within walking distance, and the units are absolutely beautiful. There are so many different layouts to choose from too, the agent made sure to show us a variety, which was really helpful! All of the ladies I met were so welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and was genuinely personable, which made the whole experience even better. I’m also excited to see the amenities once they’re finished! Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in December to hopefully lock in my new home! 🏡✨
