  I recently toured Gemma with Juana and had a great experience. The property is very modern and well-maintained, and the amenities were impressive. The gym in particular is state-of-the-art and one of the nicest apartment fitness centers I’ve seen. Juana was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She did a great job explaining the building, the amenities, and the neighborhood. The location in the Arts District is another big plus. It’s an exciting area that’s continuing to grow, with plenty of restaurants, breweries, and things to do nearby. Overall, I had a very positive experience touring the property and would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a modern apartment in the area.

  Right in the middle of the arts district, a really charming neighborhood, if you haven’t already, definitely recommend spending time in the area while visiting Gemma! Note that the property is in construction, you’ll still get a good sense of how the space is with the hard hat tour, if you’re interested and want to pick out a unit early it’s definitely worth visiting in person, scheduling is easy. I like to check a good number of details and needed a couple of tours, Juana and Cristina were both so friendly and showed me around the units and common areas that they were able to, and were very helpful with answering the questions I had during and after the tours. They have units facing the courtyard, the arts district and the rest of the property. The mixes of color schemes in the units on the different floors is also a nice touch, great if you want some choices for the base of your home.

  Toured Gemma recently and had the best experience with Cristina and Juana! I lived at Auric for three years and loved the management there, so finding out the same incredible team is now at Gemma was such a fantastic surprise. It’s like a reunion with people who actually care about your living experience. The new community is stunning, perfectly located in the Arts District, and has so much character. I can’t wait to call this place home!

  Recently toured Gemma, it was absolutely wonderful! The property itself is beautiful, I really loved the floor-to-ceiling windows, they made the apartments feel so open and bright. Loved how close everything is, I don’t have to go far to grab coffee or dinner! Cristina was really welcoming and informative, seemed like she’s been in the area a while. I’m considering relocating from Florida, and if I decide to make the move, Gemma is at top of the list.

  I had a wonderful experience with the team at Gemma Apartments in downtown Las Vegas! Juana and Christina were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were both incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer every question I had, made the property tour enjoyable and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their customer service and attention to detail really stand out, and you can tell they truly care about helping people find the right apartment! If you’re looking for an apartment in downtown Las Vegas, I highly recommend Gemma Apartments and especially working with Juana and Christina. They made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish! Mikey B
