  I would like to do a review on 5800 district apartments. We’ve been living here for 3 yrs, I will say, we have been through up and downs and hell and back with these apartments! Since new management took over Jessica has been tremendously helpful when it came to us renewing our lease !!! Such a nice and friendly manager, she’s great and we definitely appreciate it her !!!

  The whole process of touring, applying, and the final signings was fast. Lynette was very nice and helpful through my whole process helping me from start to finish.

  Went for a tour and Esther was awesome! She answered all my questions and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. The place is clean and the remodel looks fantastic I definitely want to move in here. :)

  No les recomiendo esta muy caro la renta para lo que ofrecen no han podido solucionar un problema del aire acondicionado llevo desde septiembre del año pasado pidiendo que solucionen ese problema y solamente llegan y cambian el filtro y se van si dar solución al problema Aparte hay mucha plaga de insectos en el apartamento en vez de solucionar todo desde raíz y hacer una fumigación completa al apartamento solo tiran una tipo tableta de plástico que según ellos es para eliminar la plaga tengo que comprar yo de mi propio dinero el típico producto para matar estas cucarachas

  Esther was fantastic at showing me the place incredibly welcoming and friendly! Loved the place and hope to move in but just the presentation alone deserves mentioning
