- BPBearZexPlayZ PlayZ3 days ago1.0The apartments have a-lot of roaches there alot of cats over here none of the owners pick up after their animals the maintenance never doing their job but riding on them carts, also im not judging but homeless people digs in the trash and it gets everywhere even in front of your door it ghetto and dirty n another thing they painted on the roaches in my unit it was disturbing n disgusting because it was also trash painted on my wall people in the office is kind but lazy also

- CXChris XAug 5, 20261.0Maintenance requests rarely get seen all the way to completion first time. It takes a lot of bending their arm backwards to get a true completion. They love to come out, look at it and then say "I'll go talk to my manager" and mark the task as complete on the web portal. Today I saw a new one, it actually just said "cancelled" and nobody came out. That's what prompted this. Going on 5 days with no AC and a month with no kitchen sink working. The office staff doesn't care about you, just your money. Maintenance has gotten so terrible this last couple of months.
