  Magli is a very professional worker she helped with all my issues and was very kind and made sure I left with all my problems fixed. 100/10 desert vista is lucky to have her.

  Put in a maintenance request for a few things and they were marked as done when in fact they were never touched since we first moved it’s been 3 separate times for the same exact things and they don’t want to come when we are here but they don’t set appointments for us so we can schedule it and it doesn’t get fully fixed

  You have BEEN NOTIFIED IN WRITING,THROUGH YOUR MAINTENANCE STAFF BY ME AND MY ROOMMATE REGARDING OUR COMPLAINTS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE OUR WASHER ,WHICH IS NOT WORKING. FOR 6 MONTHS BRANDON GRADY HAS REQUESTED A BATHROOM LIGHT REPLACEMENT DUE TO IT HAVING A SHORT CIRCUIT CAUSING FLICKERING. THE GUEST BATH TUB NEEDS TO BE CLEARED BECAUSE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN PROPERLY CAUSING BACKUP. THIS IS THE 10TH TIME YOU,DESERT VISTA MANAGEMENT WAS NOTIFIED. I ,PERSONALLY HAVE SPOKEN TO 3 DIFFERENT WORKMAN WHO NEVER HAVE WORK ORDERS TO PUT IN NEW LIGHT,WASHER OR DRAIN CLEARING. ALISA ,YOUR A.I. ATTENDANT HAS ASDIGNED US MULTIPLE NUMBERS ,TO OBVIOUSLY WASTE OUR TIME, WAITING FOR YOU TO DO YOUR JOBS . YOU ALSO OWE US FOR LIGHT BULBS,BATTERIES ,DIATOMACEOUS EARTH AND BUG SPRAY ,WHICH WE WERE FORCED TO BUY WHEN YOU PREVIOUSLY DIDN'T REPLACE BULBS,BATTERIES AND BUG REPELLANT FOR SCORPIONS,COCKROACHES,SPIDERS, BEETLES ,ETC. TOTAL COST TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS $75 which is deducted next month. We REMIND YOU THAT THERE WAS A FIRE IN THIS UNIT BEFORE. WATER DAMAGE,BROKEN LIGHT IN MASTER BATHROOM AND NO WORKING SMOKE ALARMS AT ALL ,WE DISCOVERED IS A SERIOUS BREACH OF FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY THAT YOU ARE BEING PAID TO ACCOMPLISH, AND YOU FAILED THEN MISERABLY .WE MADE YOU FIX BROKEN FIRE ALARM IN BRANDON'S ROOM WHICH COULD HAVE KILLED HIM OR US BEFORE I FOUND ALLLLLLĹ 3 WERE EITHER DEAD OR BROKEN .YOU DON'T DO YOUR JOB AT ALL IT SEEMS.

  Do NOT move into these apartments. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. When we helped my sister-in-law move in, they changed her assigned unit without notifying her, which led to her setting up utilities for the wrong apartment. On top of that, the unit they gave her was infested with roaches (dead and alive crawling up the walls) and even scorpions, and the AC was broken. We have a three-year-old, so this was completely unacceptable. My sister-in-law went to the office multiple times to address these issues on move in day but instead of helping, the property manager became aggressive—getting in my mother-in-law’s face and physically shoving my sister-in-law out of the office. It was shocking and completely inappropriate behavior. As we were gathering our belongings to leave after the incident, a neighboring resident informed us that the previous tenants had also moved out within two weeks due to the same roach infestation. We ended up contacting the police and filed a report. We also requested camera footage from their leasing office, as they do have cameras installed. We’ve never experienced anything like this before. Needless to say, she did not stay there. We posted about this previously and they deleted our review.
