We've been waiting ALL WEEK for our washer & dryer to be fixed. Now we're waiting for the stove to be fixed, too. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. I'm about to get a lawyer to get us out of here & get our money back. I didn't just pay rent last week to have no working appliances.

My washer still isn't fixed after a month, took a week for my toilet to be repaired, and now the next month is charging me double rent. Not to mention the office is impossible to get a hold of. As of writing this on 05/02/2026, they left early for the day with no notice, no way to contact anyone, and no way to contact maintenance. I'm tired of getting asked surveys on how they are doing with nothing being done. Would love to hear from someone and if things get improved will change the rating.
