  I did a tour at this complex with my grandmother. When I called to book a tour the first time, the woman in the leasing office, Janiesha, hung up on me. The woman in the leasing office was then increasingly rude to my grandmother. She cannot walk long distances and the leasing agent just kept saying "well she's gonna have to walk" and "does she not understand that she's gonna have to walk".

  I went to tour a 2bd and Janise was very pleasant. She showed me a couple of units. I'm checking multiple apartment complexes and the first time I toured with Janise I didn't take notes of the apartment so I came back and Janise even showed me the apartment again so that I could jot down a few notes before deciding where I will be moving to. The apartments were clean and the complex is clean and quiet. Even at night the complex seemed to be okay which says alot considering the location. I guess because it's tucked away and you could miss it completely if you're not paying attention. Alot of rental agents in some of the apartment complexes around the area make you not want to even bother, but Janise was the total opposite. I wish more rental agents had her personality. She makes you feel at ease and not like you're a bother when walking in...I'll be making a decision soon as to which apartment complex I'll be moving to.

  I’ve had ac issues for about 4 weeks now, they fixed it but broke down again. I call for Updates and no one answers me I go in the office they tell me they need to reach out to maintenance and that they’d call me back with an update. They never update me. I call again & woman on the phone said it’s not in her pay range to know what is going on with my ac and that she still needs to get ahold of maintenance. They’ve been trying to get ahold of maintenance for about 4 weeks now. It’s rare when they do answer their phones at the office. And when you leave a vm they rarely ever call back. I need to know who else I can reach out to besides anyone in the office bc they don’t seem to care at all .

  Again the head leasing manager is extremely irresponsible, everything that’s reported to the office goes in one ear and out the other, she does not care. Seems like lip filler is more important to her than anything. I still have stuff that hasn’t been fixed in my apartment 6 months later

  Water heater was replaced about a year ago, but had to call because no hot water and it ended up being the internal thermostat to the water heater. However the damage that was done before the water heater was never fixed The two belts that hold it only one is in place and the rail for the closet just moves like there's nothing two nails were put in place the nails stay but the rail still moves
