⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Coya is a beautiful, modern apartment community. Everything is clean and comfortable, the amenities are excellent, and the pool is lovely (although I wish it were heated!). What truly makes Coya special is the wonderful leasing office staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their residents. I’m especially grateful to Ceci, Kameron, and Maurice, who previously worked here. Maurice made my move-in experience so smooth and stress-free, and Ceci is truly the smile that makes Coya shine! I sincerely appreciate all their kindness and support. Of course, there are occasional frustrations, such as barking dogs, noisy poolside gatherings in the summer, and inconsiderate neighbors. But thanks to the amazing leasing team, my experience living at Coya has been very positive. Coya is a wonderful place to call home. Thank you to the entire team! ❤️

I’ve had a great experience at Coya Apartments, and I especially want to recognize Cecilia Lemus for her outstanding customer service. She is professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. One of my favorite things about Coya is the workspace. It’s an incredible place to study, get work done, and stay productive. The setup, atmosphere, and overall environment are excellent — honestly, nothing compares! Cecilia has made the experience even better by always being helpful, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Coya Apartments is a great place to live, work, and study, and they are fortunate to have Cecilia on their team. Highly recommend!
