  Toured this complex during my house hunting and loved it. Cece and Maurice are gems and made me feel like I was at home. Would recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

  I absolutely love Coya Apartments. I’ve been here for nearly a month, and the entire process has been perfect. I moved here from out of state, so I was extremely nervous. However, Cece and Kameron were amazing at communicating and putting my mind at ease throughout the paperwork process. I was especially worried about driving over 3,000 miles with my cats and whether the unit would match the virtual tour and it absolutely did! My unit was clean and didn’t have any discrepancies, also, literally everyone here is friendly and willing to help you. The amenities are fantastic as well, the gym is incredible all the equipment works and the skyline is gorgeous. The view from my balcony is exactly what I wanted, it’s so therapeutic. Don’t even get me started on how quiet my unit is. I don’t hear my neighbors at all. Thank you again, Cece, Kameron, and Maurice, for making this journey so peaceful for me. ❤️

  "I absolutely love living at Coya in Chinatown, Las Vegas! The apartments are luxurious and modern, and the amenities-like the rooftop lounge and gorgeous pool area-are stunning. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the entire team-management, leasing, and maintenance-for being so responsive and professional. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!" -Paul
