Only had 2 months left of lease and was charged 4x for one month then remaining two months.They harass you about your balcony not being luxury like. Weird double doors going to bedroom area. I have never stayed in apartments where they also charge for the cheap sleets to blinds to be replaced. Phase two does not get the attention that phase one does, they want you to always go to phase one pool area. Not heated. Bryan is great event coordinator. Yoga is great with Nina.
