- UUUntitledッOct 2, 20265.0I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Citrus Apartments. The property is well maintained, the grounds are clean, and the community has a nice, peaceful atmosphere. The apartments themselves are comfortable, and I really like having amenities like the pool available. The staff has also been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

Miscommunication and attitude, can NOT relay information or important noticed when its required (gives attitude when corrected about that) Dismissive and acts like she is owed royal treatment for doing bare minimum interaction. I swear she has gotta be coming in to work intoxicated or something the way she DOES NOT retain information. If I acted the way she did at any job I'd be fired without hesitation.Get rid of Donna and update your maintenance team. Then you may have a surviving chance. Good lord. Do NOT rent here.

- CFCesar FerrerAug 30, 20263.0The people at the office are great, especially Maria Miyangos, she was nice, friendly and very professional. The complex is great, peaceful and we like it very much. Some details from my apartment is that still need to be painted on the porch wall area, the sliding door needs to be fixed and there are some details inside the apartment that needs attention. Porch light is out since we moved, screen door keeps falling out of place. Those are details that will not change my opinion about the place, as I said, we like it very much, but, will like it fixed. The only detail that disappointed me more is that the gym area, that I will like to use is not 100% ready for use. Bench press is out of service, weights are not complete and is shown as one of the attractives of the apartment complex. I like to use the gym but can't because is not operational. But I recommend Citrus Apts to anyone.
