  I know people have a lot of options when looking for a real estate agent but you will find the BEST with Christie Stark and her team! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She went above and beyond during our home search. I feel lucky to have had her as our realtor and now my friend! I would highly recommend Christie Stark and her team to anyone with real estate needs!

  Years ago, I found myself in an incredibly difficult situation. I was an out-of-state landlord whose tenant had abandoned my family's former home after 6 years, leaving it in terrible condition. The property needed extensive work, I had recently lost my spouse, and I was emotionally and financially overwhelmed. I didn't have the resources to renovate the home and doubted anyone would even want to buy it. That's when I reached out to Christie. From the start, Christie provided honest guidance, helping me establish a realistic listing price and market the property as-is. She spent countless hours responding to investor offers and helping me evaluate my options. Her dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to make herself available outside normal business hours made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable.   Working with Christie was such a pleasure & she really saved me. I was dealing with a situation where I was about to loose my house because, unknown to me, my ex was not paying the house bills for over a year. When I was finally notified I began to panic. My best friend recommended Christie Stark to help me work it all out. She helped me get my house together & on the market so fast it was awesome. She had a perfect eye for getting everything set up & shown correctly. What to do & who to contact (if she want doing it herself). She was extremely professional but also very down to earth, friendly & relatable. The first weekend the house was up we got a buyer & she kept communication perfect between all parties with constant updates & notifications step by step. She was always available for a call/text & for any questions or concerns. Even when a little snag came up on the part of the buyer she helped us work through it all & everything was done & completed in a short time so I was able to get all the bills caught up & paid for & still made a nice profit. I would highly recommend Christie for anyone interested in a place & wanting a real person who really does care for their clients needs & well being.

  Christie Is the best.. she was very professional and very efficient with the sale of my dad’s home. She had my dad’s home sold in a few weeks. Very easy and pleasant to deal with she had an answer to all of our questions and was always easy to reach for any other questions or concerns we had with the sale. Highly recommend her for all your Real estate needs..
