  Terrible I miss the old management crew Edna we want u back!!!! Elsa sucks, she’s rude, I’m ready to move out, I’m in the process of finding another home. Elsa management team don’t get along with one another, maintenance sucks they’re lazy, Elsa was being rude to my mom and my sister. I’m so embarrassed for referring my family to move here, and ever since they moved here nothing been done correctly. I don’t like it here. I used to not anymore , all they do is lie, gate still broken things were stolen out of my patio cause they move anyone in. So disappointed

  I live here and I just asked the front lady desk if the pool was open she was clear. But was kinda rude about it. Idk why their so mad all the time 😂Overall besides the office. It's a good community.

  Really enjoyed our tour with Marcia, but because we live out of state and had looked at so many places, I sent an email to request photos of the unit again since their site and Zillow showed very limited pictures of the bedrooms, and I received an unhelpful response from Edna saying all updated photos are on Zillow and Google, but again, the photos on Zillow show 1 photo of each bedroom at horrible angles and then their Google photos are from 4-6 years ago. I explained to Edna how we’re not in NV so we can’t just come tour it again and she had the nerve to send me a link if I wanted to put in an application. Why would I do that when I want to see what I’m applying for? Makes no sense at all. I also told her how other places have more photos and videos of the units which is necessary to have, especially for people out of state!! Horrible customer service from her, and her response and the way she handled this turned us off of this complex.

  Lamentablemente me voy porque la renta subió exageradamente, le pedí a la señora Edna que nos ayudara porque hemos sido buenos residentes y puntuales con las rentas pero me subieron $400 es imposible y lamento que nadie nos puede ayudar. Gracias

  I just renew my lease with ms.Edna and my Next lease will be for three bedroom. This Is a good community.
