- ASAshley SJun 30, 20261.0I would never do business with this company again. They took over our last property management company and have been a nightmare ever since. Very rude staff, incompetent, unorganized and won’t take accountability. They forgot to send a notice through email or to our door and gave strangers the key to our house and they just let themselves in without knocking or ringing the doorbell. The police had to be called to trespass and Avalon refused to take accountability. Look elsewhere and save your money they also price gouge for everything.
