  I love it here. I love that the kids play, I love the physical apartments. Maintenance is ALWAYS on an issue easily, he came within 30 minutes to fix my toilet and was done in 10. The amenities are always clean, and nice. I’ve never felt unsafe despite what you might assume in the neighborhood. Now, THALIAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Greatest addition to staff, I’m finally getting to a better position and Thalia has been the most informing, kind, yet incredibly good attention to detail. (Give her a raise I swear) Not to mention the housing community project they installed. Living here makes landlords and such seen in a much better life.

  Good apartament, good location but It's NOT a good neighborhood. Unfortunately, I only realized it after moving here. Neighbors screaming and fighting as if they were going to kill each other, and smoking weed all the time. On top of that, people keep knocking on my door late night and asking if I sell weed.

  I have a tendency to ramble, especially when I find people that are truly amazing but I'll try to keep it concise. Chris Cole and the other friendly members of the staff have made what could have been a very difficult process into one of the easiest leasing arrangements and finality I've ever had. From the get-go, the staff was helpful, supportive and very courteous. When coming in for my tour, Chris Cole took me to three different options, I believe knowing that the third option was going to be the place I would start calling home. The location is absolutely beautiful, the area in which the apartments are is very quiet and the amenities are more than sufficient for somebody in my position. I am so grateful to begin my lease at accent on Decatur and look forward to continuing to share hellos, laughs and appreciation with the staff and my new neighbors! God's blessings be with you, Chris, and the rest of the staff!
