Maintenance is ALWAYS on an issue easily, he came within 30 minutes to fix my toilet and was done in 10. The amenities are always clean, and nice. I’ve never felt unsafe despite what you might assume in the neighborhood. Now, THALIAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Greatest addition to staff, I’m finally getting to a better position and Thalia has been the most informing, kind, yet incredibly good attention to detail. (Give her a raise I swear) Not to mention the housing community project they installed. Living here makes landlords and such seen in a much better life.

Neighbors screaming and fighting as if they were going to kill each other, and smoking weed all the time. On top of that, people keep knocking on my door late night and asking if I sell weed.
