  Our leasing agent, Corina, was BEYOND amazing! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process as seamless and stress-free as possible. My sister is moving from across the country, so there were a lot of moving pieces, but Corina’s patience, communication, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding. She was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely made us feel cared for throughout the entire experience. She even had a sweet little welcome sign waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch! It’s those small details that make such a huge difference. Corina truly made us feel welcomed and already part of the community. We couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience. Thank you, Corina, for making such a big transition feel so easy and exciting!

  There were several things that didn’t go as planned, but the maintenance team took care of them as priority. Sal and George are top notch.

  Corina is categorically the star of the show over there! She’s been helping me with everything!! Relocation from another state is not easy but she remained so calm and reassuring with me and helped me get through the process! Everything was explained so easily, I felt like I hardly did anything!! Everyone in there that answers the calls were efficient and effective! The Aviator has a great team, they’re all so knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! Please give them all raises, good employees are hard to find! You want to keep this team🩷 Thank you for everything Corina🏆🩷

  I want to start off with location is amazing. The area is beautiful and so many shopping areas around and great schools. We currently live in the Summerlin area and want to transfer to the Henderson area and this is it. We came in without an appointment and the ladies were very sweet they were busy but acknowledge me and even offered me and my family coffee until they were finished with their current people. They took the time to go over everything pricing, specials and showed me the models and even some vacant units that they had free to show. Karina was the sweetest and even took extra time to show us how to apply. We were very sad to say our lease is not up until January and Karina did not change her attitude as some places do knowing the time frame is out. We will be back for sure when it is closer to our time to move these homes were beautiful and it smells so good in the office and the homes we toured. I must include that every resident that came in while I was in the office was greeted by name and helped out by the other lady in the back office every resident just seemed very happy and cheerful there which was a big plus they would walk by the leasing office and wave at the team and just smiling while walking around. This is where me and my husband want to move. Thanks again ladies for all your help.

  My name is Eric Bruton. I just want to take a moment and let you know how much I love my apartment. The manager, assistant manager and leasing staff, made it easy to move in. The two maintenance guys that came to do some a touch up on my apartment was respectful and very courteous to me and my daughter. The assistant manager Tassia Reed was very helpful. I called and ask her about the pool hours and the price for the clubhouse she was kind and answer all my questions. Thank you all for making my move in Great
