  My name is Eric Bruton. I just want to take a moment and let you know how much I love my apartment. The manager, assistant manager and leasing staff, made it easy to move in. The two maintenance guys that came to do some a touch up on my apartment was respectful and very courteous to me and my daughter. The assistant manager Tassia Reed was very helpful. I called and ask her about the pool hours and the price for the clubhouse she was kind and answer all my questions. Thank you all for making my move in Great

  Maintenance came immediately and rectified the issue! They always come super quick! Never had any issues or anything with a response!

  Wow. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Aviator Apartments. I just arrived in Vegas because I’m moving here, and Aviator was the #1 apartment I was most excited to tour. My parents and I walked into the leasing office for my scheduled appointment and weren’t even greeted. We stood there until an employee finally asked if we had an appointment, and from the beginning she was extremely unfriendly and made us feel like we were bothering her. She asked for all of our IDs. My parents had theirs, but I only had my electronic ID. She told me she needed the physical copy, and when I explained I didn’t have it, she rudely responded, “Well, can you go get it?” We immediately decided to leave without even touring. I completely understand having an ID policy. My issue was how we were treated. The entire interaction felt cold, rude, and unwelcoming. It’s really disappointing because this was genuinely my top choice, and I was so excited to see it.

  If you love Californian's and crime, this is the place for you! I lived here for two years and during that time, my car was broken into. People speed everywhere in the community, all California plates of course, and management is ineffective at best. They also will make up random stuff in order to keep your security deposit. Rent increased year over year as well.

  I can’t thank the maintenance team at Aviator Apartments enough! George and Sal (along with another team member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) came to help when my AC suddenly stopped working. Even though it was late, they arrived with such a positive attitude, were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything fixed as quickly as possible. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated how friendly they were throughout the entire visit. Thank you for going above and beyond—I’m so grateful for your outstanding service!
