- IAIvonne AOct 13, 20254.0The maintenance staff were always prompt, and able to fix the issue at hand when needed. The last 2 years the property upgraded the landscaping which made it look better. However, the rent prices have gone significantly up the last few years, about $500+ increase. In 2019 I paid $935 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I understand everything has gone up, everywhere but at what point does it stop? Not to mention minor misc. fees they’ve added along the way. As a previous tenant that is why I chose to leave, after several years because of the constant increases. Honestly the bldg property’s are old and in need of major upgrades and modernization, and the rent price doesn’t match up to what they have to offer, which is disappointing. It just keeps going up and up, and no stopping in sight. Also, they go through staff like hotcakes! Every other week it would be someone different; from the management office to maintenance workers to the landscaping company hired to come weekly; therefore no point in remembering names. Also they hired nightly security and installed cameras throughout the property, but that didn’t last long because after a few months there was no night security patrol anymore and in fact noticed they had removed a couple of cameras from above the carports. Lastly, the pool was closed for the majority of summer season last year in 2025. This is why I say their prices don’t match what they have to offer, yet somehow they want to justify back to back to back rent increases.
