  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience living at this property. From the very first day I moved in, Cynthia and the rest of the management team made me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Throughout the entire year I lived there, they consistently went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, address any concerns promptly, and create a positive living environment for all residents. The property itself was always well-maintained, clean, and enjoyable to call home. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the management team. Their professionalism, kindness, communication, and dedication to their residents are second to none. Every interaction I had with them was pleasant, and they always treated me with respect and genuine care. As I prepare to move on, I find myself genuinely saddened to leave. This property became much more than just a place to live—it became a place I looked forward to coming home to every day. It’s rare to find a management team that takes such pride in what they do and makes such a lasting impact on their residents’ experience. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful year I spent here and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that combines a great community, a well-kept environment, and truly outstanding management. Thank you for making my time here so memorable. I will always look back on my experience with appreciation and fond memories.

  I am so grateful I found this complex! I love living here, I’ve been here for about two years now and I can genuinely say this is the best living conditions I’ve ever had. It’s so rare to find such a helpful and supportive community/staff like they’ve curated here. I can’t even shout out one specific person in the office because I have interacted with every office member at some point and every single maintenance member at some point and EVERYONE is genuinely just so kind and helpful. That’s so rare. All service requests get done the next day, oftentimes same day, It’s actually incredible how on top of everything they are. I often bug the office staff because I frequently forget my mail key and no one ever complains to open the door for me and help me out, I’m always greeted with the friendliest gals and positive conversation. This complex is around so many nice shopping districts, but it’s also very quiet here which is awesome. I feel safe walking around at night, sometimes I’ll take my dog for a walk at 3 AM (trying to beat the Vegas heat & protect his lil toe beans) and I never have to be anxious while in this complex, there’s always a security guard present, and the security guards are also so kind & reassuring. I am very satisfied with my monthly rent price, and when I renewed my lease, it didn’t go up an insane amount like other complexes I’ve lived at previously would do. Genuinely a 10/10 experience here!!

  Been living here for a long time and the staff is all excellent. Huge shout out to Tony and the rest of the maintenance staff for always being on top of things. Also to Lucinda and the office staff for always being kind and professional. Ursula always keeps the community clean too.

  Recently our car which is under our lease was towed for parking on private property for parking in the area we were told to park our second vehicle in and where dozens of cars other than mine park and have no issues but they singularly decided that my car was the issue and had to pay hundreds of dollars and weren’t notified by the office or anyone about them towing our vehicle and had to reach out to the police and then having to drive 30 minutes to the tow place and when we arrived at the office to talk about the problem they were already closed but the worker there was no help and it seemed like she didn’t care about the problem at all this felt personal for no reason and inexcusable.

  I lived here for 5 years first 3 were great a total nightmare later. Dog feces everywhere! Even on sidewalks it was horrible!!! I want to respond to the post about a couple and their baby not being able to rent a 1 bedroom. Building 1 downstairs on the left has atleast 7 people and a dog living there out of control kids that ride bikes all over the parking lot! Another family that has been there 15 yrs the brother lives in the closet of the mother's room! Another in bldg 3 downstairs left moves room mates in and out some with dogs! 1 had a husky they opened the door and let it poop all over the grass it was horrible!! Dogs off leash constantly. Me and my dogs were attacked by a boxer office didn't care. I was physically attacked by a neighbor office renewed their lease. Bldg 3 person was late on their rent monthly different roommates unregistered pets they renewed her lease!! I had a very tough time the last 2 yrs and I admit I was late always paid the late fee and they refused to renew my lease and thru me out right after Christmas, 1st 3 yrs paid early or on time. I absolutely clean up after my pets. Ursula and lucinda are best friends so be careful what you say, Ursula is a porter if you complain about dog feces lucinda takes it personal againt her bestie!! My apt was flooded 3 times ftom the apts attached to mine flooded and came thru I was never offered help just told to use my rental insurance. Ridiculous it made my rates go higher. Huge turn over of residents the distric manager I think its Debbie is a mean nasty person she sounds like she smokes 3 packs a days I tried to talk to her she screamed at me and told me "honey take your money and use it to get out!! Nothing is upgraded dishwasher flooded for 3 years never fixed. I found a apt $400 cheaper beautiful grounds and a awesome fenced in dog park. Promontory might be dog friendly but there is not a dog park. Save yourself a headache and some money and avoid this place!! Keep in mind there is not a corporate office you call.
