  Worst experience with staff (really just one in particular with black framed glasses) only one in office she was so rude I wish I would had remembered her name but I was so appalled by her treatment that I left wanting to go back and set her straight! You cannot treat people with such disgusting don't bother me attitude I am disabled at the moment broken foot I traveled all the way to the property to roam the parking lot and really love t h e property , I did ask for a top floor but was still very interested in a bottom floor unit which I was told is available but the office attendant did not further the discussion she even asked me my name to take me off her viewing list. I just feel management needs to remove such bad vibes this person in the dark glasses should be removed or reprimanded for her behavior. I see many complaints about this staff not the property but the staff! A staff that should be welcoming instead are a worse issue than trash and dog poo left on camp grounds!

  Radu is incredibly polite and personable. He took the time to remove his sneakers when we noticed shoes at the door. Love a flushing toilet!

  This review is for a maintenance fix I requested at Pacific Islands. Radu fixed a hole in my tub and changed my air filters on 7/30/26. He came within an hour of placing my maintenance request and did an excellent job with the fixes. Radu has made several fixes at my apartment over the years and always does an excellent job. Thank you!

  Wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL!! I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment community. I paid the application and holding fees, submitted all the requested documents, and was denied shortly after providing my income verification. The denial letter stated that my credit score was significantly different from the score I can currently see on my TransUnion report, which left me confused and concerned about the accuracy of the screening process. I also felt that my application was not evaluated fairly, especially since we provided the requested information and my co-applicant met the stated credit requirements. The entire process was frustrating and lacked transparency. I would encourage future applicants to NOT MOVE HERE !!!
