  I’ve lived here for about five months and have loved it so far. Maintenance is quick and effective, the neighborhood feels safe, and having a park nearby is a huge plus. Peter has been amazing and incredibly helpful, and the community events they host for residents are always well done. Highly recommend!

  Love Miro! Quiet, small, intimate complex. Friendly neighbors. Peter, the apartment manager knows us by name. Super nice, hosts fun community events with free raffles and gifts! Geremias, the maintenance man is kind, great at fixing things. Any request, they come promptly. All the staff is great. They actually care. The location is amazing too, with a gate connecting to Cornerstone Park, great for runs or walks. Centrally located 5 min to the 15 or 95 freeway.

  Miro at the Parc is such a great place! This is mine and my fiancées first little spot of our own and it’s been perfect. All of the associates at miro are so nice and welcoming and help out with all of our needs with no pressure or issues! Definitely recommend living here ❤️

  Shane went above and beyond in his presentation of the property and the amenities without pushing a decision on us. He answered all our questions respectfully and truthfully and did not make us feel anything but comfortable. His demeanor was very calm and welcoming, which paired well with the vibe of the complex. After a day of seeing other properties we decided to come back here, and Shane was a big reason. 10/10 would recommend booking your tour with him.

  I have spent almost 2 years at Miro. Here's what I think: 1) Maintenance has always been quick to respond to requests. I have always felt that all of the staff here were pleasant to work with and trustworthy to have inside of the house. 2) Property manager and leasing agents have always been attentive to my needs and have taken each of my concerns seriously. I have never felt unheard after sharing a concern or a thought with them. 3) I have always felt safe at Miro. While Henderson is generally considered very safe, I have always felt I could keep my car doors unlocked here without concern. (Not that I would necessarily recommend that) 4) Property management consistently organizes events to get the community together and to connect. I've always had a great time with each event. 5) Miro has always felt like a very family friendly location. Every morning there are children picked up and dropped off from school and the children and families look happy. 6) Nights have nearly always been quiet. I have always felt this is a peaceful place where I can feel secure and know that I can get a good night's sleep. 7) Having direct walking access to Cornerstone Park and Arroyo Grande is a huge amenity for those that enjoy walking, especially those with pets. 8) My unit had about 9 foot ceilings with approximately 900+ square feet of rental space. It felt large for my needs and the rent I was paying felt fair. With that being said and to share for those who are seriously looking to move here, here are my nitpicks: 1) Dog park is small. I'd call it a dog garden instead of a park. 2) As a single working professional, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking to meet other working professionals. This is a great place for families and for couples, but unsure if I would recommend to single working professionals unless that person just needs absolute peace and quiet (which Miro has in spades). 3) This isn't unique to Miro, but the responsibility of dog owners to pick up after their pets has been inconsistent. Property management has done their best to try to police this, but you can only do so much. Conclusion: I would recommend Miro if you value peace and quiet and a property management group that legitimately cares to make the property a place people can feel safe and heard and valued. I don't regret any moment of my time there at Miro.
